I’ve tried to give this place a try a few times, since I love the ones in Joplin & Webb City. EVERY associate here must really hate their job. No friendly tones, no smiles, no eye contact. They really need some training on customer service.

Smoothies were tasty, though a little sweet for my liking. Prices were a little on the higher side, but I expected that. However, service was extremely slow, though friendly.
My first time at this location and I have to say the staff at the counter are professional and courteous.

I went tonight to get my wife a smoothie and went to go inside but they had the doors locked during business hours forcing everyone to go through the drive thru for whatever reason.

Not to mention, the employees are always so upbeat and positive.Everyone is greeted with a smile!Thank you for your service in our community! An added bonus is that they always support our local high school! Incredible folks!!!
