Small town a lot of good people. Still have some historic old houses. Affordable houses for rent or buy. Got 2 different apartment locations. Chaffee has a food giant store, 1 gas station Rhodes, Don Carlos & a mom & pops dine-in, great scenery of the lake can go fishing & a trail to go hiking, & a good town to raise a family.
Not bad for a small town frozen bovine treat maker. I took the wild child here for an after school reward. He was all smiles with the reeses pieces peanutbutter, I think they called it a storm. I was starving and got a hot dog which was perfectly fine but not enough, should of bought three honestly. Outdoor seating only, the prices were low which was nice because it seems everywhere I turn I'm getting price gouged nowadays..
