So visiting ST. Louis & I found out about this place from a TIKTOK review !! This is also my first time trying Indian food. Wasn’t aware it was an Indian restaurant but I was excited to finally try it. I came & was greeted very nicely & I took a seat at the bar. My waiter/bartender was JACOB. This restaurant has a lot of potential but has some work to do. First of all, it's unclear what it even is. The sign says "Meet Eat Chill - Amrut Fusion - Bourbon House." It's unclear that it's actually an Indian fusion restaurant. Thankfully, I had seen articles about this restaurant opening up so I knew what to expect.I was excited to try something new, since my go-to Indian dish, like many Americans, is chicken tikka masala with garlic naan.
