They were extremely accommodating! I simply emailed them are relatively large order of 13 Sandwiches. and was able to schedule it for pick up on a day that location was closed. Upon arrival she offered us coffee and quickly had our order labeled and boxed. A couple of hours later I recieved a text asking how everything was a and thank you for choosing them! Great experience!! Thank you:)

I really loved the bike shop cafe: I’m thinking there are new owners now since it is called bike shops bakery now. Not sure what happened. Today, we finally were able to come back after Covid. The people working were awesome people but the food was not good. I’m sorry. I ordered the potato leek soup and chicken salad sandwich. Both awful. The soup was room temp and tasted like mud. The half sandwich had a tablespoon of chicken salad with a ton of lettuce and tomato and was not appetizing. I felt bad but I hid it all under my napkins. My husband had the chicken and wild rice soup and it came out cold and he said it was not good. My son gave props to the cinnamon bun. Sad this place lost its charm. We loved it before. I hope they can bring it back.

Super cute little storefront place in the first set out outlet malls in Chesterfield. They've been here since 2017, which I wish I would have known about sooner. Today we just got a snack (pretzel sticks and beer cheese), and sodas. It was surprisingly delicious. I wasn't sure what to expect but I'd come here again and try the rest of the menu out!

I have nothing bad to say about this place. I'm visiting, so this is probably my first and only time eating here. The food is healthy and DELICIOUS, and the service was great.

We just got coffee, but it was beyond amazing. I'm only taking off a star because the one girl was really rude. She had an aditude because her co-worker asked for her help (her co-worker was very nice).

Snickerdoodle cookie and Pumpkin Pie Latte was excellent!! The latte could have been hotter - otherwise I'd have given five stars

One of the baker's, Melanie, came out to greet and help me choose, which was great! Mom (88) got the mini lemon meringue and LIVED it. I got the brownie, and have been enjoying it for 3 days (very large and rich!).Will go back! Need a sign on the sidewalk (if allowed), since it's tucked away behind J Crew and opposite Gap Factory outlet in Boone's Crossing.

Incredible place to come enjoy a special treat! The peanut butter balls and coffee is the best. Great sandwiches as well! A must try!

We through my daughter's 7th birthday party here and we could not have been more pleased. The pricing was extremely affordable, the staff was very attentive and the activities were great! We had a group of girls ranging in age from 4-7 and each one loved it. They got a tour of the kitchen, an explanation of some principles of baking and then got to make their own pizzas. The pizzas were huge! Then they decorated the cup cakes and each girl got to be creative and use different frosting and sprinkles. The cupcakes were a great take away gift. This was a great day! The other parents were able to go shopping or buy something to eat. The parents that are there raved about the food. This was a great experience.

Great seating, friendly staff and delicious smooth coffee! Bonus is that it’s handicapped accessible and tons of outlets for working on your computer

I'm not sure how this place is still open in a desolate outlet mall with hardly any foot traffic. I guess because there's nothing else around to eat or drink, so Bike Stop Café has the monopoly on it. My husband and I have walked by this place several different visits to the outlet mall without giving it a second thought, but one day, we decided we should try it out to see if we've been missing out. When we walked in, we were greeted with some interesting décor. It was a mixing bowl of modern/contemporary and antique/retro décor - I don't have the interior design terminology, but it wasn't what I would have expected. My husband and I ordered iced chai lattes, mine with non-dairy milk. My husband got his perfectly fine, but for some reason mine came hot instead of iced, so it had to be remade. There was one person working, so they had to juggle taking orders, making food and making drinks. So, it took a really long time to get our chai lattes, and even longer for her to remake mine. It appears they probably need at least one more person working. The chai concentrate they use was pre-packaged, so it wasn't anything to write home about. Probably not worth the money, but at least I can say that I tried it, I guess. They do serve food, but it didn't look that appetizing when I saw other people order it. Extremely basic and microwave-y, like what you might find at Starbucks. It appears that they have a full-service kitchen, but it doesn't look like it's ever been used. They had some dismal looking vegan bakery items in the cooler upfront where you order your food and drinks. So if you're looking for vegan items, I guess they have you covered. There were a lot of empty tables with used cups and plates with partially eaten food. It's unclear if you're supposed to bus yourself, or if they bus the tables for you, so people just left them behind. We were there for around 40 minutes, and the cashier/barista never cleaned up the tables. Honestly, it just made the café really sad. Almost like an abandoned restaurant. It appears they may have another location - not sure if it's better than this one. Probably won't be coming back here though. Overview: 2.5/5 Food: 3/5 Service: 3/5 Atmosphere: 2/5

We stopped by after hot yoga on a Sunday for some vegan friendly food! The customer service was great and the food was amazing! Initially we were the only ones there but more people did start to trickle in around around noon. Our server Frankie appeared to be one of two people working but she handled our group of 7 very well and checked on us frequently! Everything there is organic and you can taste it in the food! The vegan queso is a great starter that everyone (vegan or not) will enjoy! Um did I mention they have vegan cinnamon roles! The cinnamon role paired with a cup of black ginger tea made my day! I highly recommend this place!
