Good cheeseburger, good service by De’Angelo and met a beautiful lady. The toasted mozzarella sticks are very crispy and practically a meal alone! I recommend the 4-hands IPA!!!

Service was trash, took forever for our food to come out and it was cold and the salmon was SUPER dry… they were NOT busy at all and our waitress never Carlee never even came back to ask us how our food was and she seemed to have an attitude the entire time. I ordered a “The Mule” drink and it was super watered down. After asking for the check it took her another 10min to come back to the table to get my card. There was literally maybe 5-6 tables in the restaurant if even that… I will never go back here and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Also WAY to expensive for the food to be cold

Our first time visiting Brick Tavern and our experience was disappointing. We ordered the lobster BLT and the fish and chips dinner. The fish was majority breading that was under cooked and gooey with no flavor. I had to pick pieces of fish out of the uncooked breading to eat….the Lobster BLT sounded amazing but was super mid. The lobster specifically had no seasoning and was dry. The only things that had any flavor and seasoning were the fries and tots. Super disappointed in the quality of food given the price….

My waiter’s name was Mark & he was super slow, and had a cold attitude. Also overheard him being rude/a weirdo to another waitress. What a creep. Food was also mid. Will not be returning here.

Do NOT go to this establishment. We arrived at 3:30p to an empty fairly empty restaurant with no line at all. Upon entry a man, sloven in appearance, told us there would be a 30-35 minute wait for a table. We thought it was a joke and politely inquired why as no explanation was offered initially. He stated they just had a lunch crowd and the servers were tired. There was no I am sorry, sit at the bar, nothing. Typical of the culture these days where the customer has no value at all. Totally unacceptable. We left and went to another restaurant and had no problem being received warmly and properly, getting a seat, a nice waitress and good food. Do NOT go there unless you like to be treated poorly.

Manager was extremely rude as soon as we approached the hostess stand. He said we would not be seated even one minute before our reservation time, despite the restaurant about 15-20% occupied. When asked if we could go to the bar to grab drinks he so no, then retracted saying as long as you don't clutter the aisle. At this time there were about 6-7 people seated at a bar that had room for nearly 25. As our group started to approach the bar, I heard him mutter, “so here you go, all 13 people going up to get a drink”. I understand every restaurant is short staffed and this seemed to be the case. However, he stood at the front door leaning on a post for at least 10 minutes while the staff scrambled about. We eventually were taken to our table, but not at the outdoor seating reserved a week in advance. When I brought this to his attention he said, “Oh well that's going to be nearly impossible to accommodate and we may never get to you if you choose to sit outside” There patio area was approximately 20% full. Our waitress was good and did her best to accommodate our group. The food was also good. Management seemed to forget who the customer was in this case. I will likely not return because of this manager's attitude.

Brick house is a great place to check out!!! Atmosphere is nice!!! Food was great, but just slightly a little over cooked!! I ordered chicken strips and tots both very very crispy. Service was good, but food did take awhile. Indoor patio area is a bit chilly. Restaurant is very clean!! Food was very hot and fresh!!! Great fireplace!!! Lots of TVs!! Great date nite or hang out spot for coworkers!!!

1st time here. We came on a Saturday night and it was getting busy. Tons of parking available around the building. Food was ok. Service was ok.

Stopped in for a drink and something tasty. Service at the bar was top notch. Friendly and attentive but not overbearing. But the real surprise was the fried deviled eggs. What? Yes fried deviled eggs. Crispy panko crust on the whites yet not even a little overcooked. The filling was a perfect consistency and seasoned to perfection with bright yellow yolks. The jalapeño and Nashville hot sauce set everything off. If I had one request it would be a little more candied bacon but I’m nit picking at that point.

Loved the food but the wait staff didn't come by as much to refill our beverages as frequently as we'd hoped and we also mentioned we had our twin's birthday (also put that in the reservation comments) ...

I can't rave enough about the chicken pot pie! O. M. G. It's the best I've ever had ( sorry Grandma!) Such a comfort food ...I want it all the time!

We arrived 10 minutes early for our reservation. It was no problem for us to sit and wait until it was our turn, which we did. We then got seated at a table off to the side. It was a little chilly where we were and we had to wait, about 10 minutes for our server to come greet us. But once she did, she did a fantastic job. Our food came really quickly at the same time as our appetizer that could've been spread apart a little bit but we were hungry and ate everything - so again not a big deal. The ambience was great, music was good. The fireplace was beautiful, just a little closer to where we were seated would've been great. I would definitely recommend this place. Make reservations because it was really busy

Our server Helena was fantastic! This was our first time going- we went at 10:30 for brunch and it was perfect. The restaurant was quiet and it was so cozy sitting next to the fireplace. The mimosas were delicious and such a great deal. The chicken and waffles, biscuits and gravy and sauce was also great. We will definitely be back for dinner. Very reasonably priced for huge portions too!

Went to brick house tonight and sat at the bar, the bartenders were amazing. Devin was attentive making sure I didn’t run out of beer, and the girl nobles went above and beyond. I asked for chili cheese tots and she went back and made sure I got what I asked.Hard to beat service like that.Parking: Plenty of parking all around the restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp leading into the restaurant and one leading down into the restaurant where the tables and bar is located with plenty of space for the chair and to turn.

We ate on the covered patio which was quiet so we didn't have to yell at each other. I don't know what it's like when the restaurant is overflowing. The service was great! The food arrived on time, our servers were very attentive and engaging and the food was hot and delicious.
