Very very pricey on their drinks and wings. There are other food is pretty reasonable but They need to name the business a different name because I was not happy with their wings at all . I got a seven and seven which tasted like a got no alcohol in it, I asked for another shot and she ended up charging me $11.13 for one drinkthat means if I I love left her a two dollar tip I would've had to spend $13.13 for one drink which is totally ridiculous. If you're going to put a shot of vodka and a seven and seven drink put it in a smaller glass so you can taste the alcohol. Never ever will I ever go back there again and many people I heard the same thing about.They are way too high on their wings. 1295 for 10 wings kind of ridiculous especially after you add tax

Quick seating on a night where everything else was a 25 minute wait at 830pm. Cauliflower wings were different. A bit spicy on the garlic parm, but great texture.

This is not my favorite restaurant and, like establishments across the nation, this one was obviously short-staffed. (If it wasn’t, they have bigger issues.) But it seemed like a decent choice to have dessert and watch the Blues opener.

Mid-afternoon in a mostly empty BWW today, and literally a 30-minute-plus wait for food and a margarita. Literally watched a table that came in at least 15 minutes after us get their food before us, at which point I stopped that table's server and said, where is our food and drink? They finally got it to us after that, but we should have walked out at the 20-minute mark. This wasn't a lack of staff issue; lack of management and follow-up to keep the kitchen on track by the staff working. And there were at least 5, in addition to manager in a mostly empty restaurant.

I know it's getting hard, but sure there has to be some one who really wants to be apart of the bww team. Customer service was just understaffed. Not only that it was as if no one know their role or just want to play their role. I know your job is a busy fast pace moving one, I just ask to always give your all, know matter how the day goes. Us customers who thrive off good customer services, We love rewarding those who treat others as if they wanted to be treated if they came to eat BWW. Let my experience me the best and you yea "YOU" be the reason! Do better team!

Food is good and people are friendly, but if you place a to go order, be prepared to wait at least 15-20min past the pickup time the website indicates - last 4 or 5 visits, this has happened

Went here for our lunch hour today. Our server was incredibly nice and did well. However we had 4 wing orders and our total time at the restaurant was over 2 hrs. Food was less than great and no accommodation for the terrible wait times. Mind you this was lunch and a whole 6 customers where at the restaurant so far from busy.We more than likely will not be returning.

Me and a group of coworkers tried and come after a long day and had to work late, It was 10:30 when we arrived and they had refused our group. We called in advance and they told us that the kitchen closed at 11:15 so we said bet and headed that way. We walked in and the female at the front said that the cook had left at 10 and because we were such a big group they were absolutely not feeding us. We just wanted to all hang out and eat some wings and have some fun after a long stressful day will never return to this location she was so rude for no reason we would have understood but she didn’t need to be rude about it

Time has passed this location by. Everything has a thin layer of grease. The tile, the carpet, the table, the booth were all greasy. The food was hot, but not great. The staff was polite, but there was not enough. Staffing is a problem. If you are in the Chesterfield Valley you have other, better options.

I understand not requiring masks from diners (even though we are currently under a county wide mask mandate) but at least have your employees wear masks so that your customers who are trying to stay somewhat safe actually feel comfortable. Not a single employee from management down had a mask on. From now on I'll drive the extra mile to go to the Manchester location where last time i checked did have employees masked.

We had a team out of town and we wanted some wings and the lady that was there saw us and said no to us because we had a long group. But we called and asked them if they had spaces and they said yes. And we got there & it was slow. Also said she had no kitchen worker. I will never come to Buffalo Wild Wings ever!

Even through COVID had amazing service. Employees were kind and helpful, the manager was especially great! Food tasted perfect as always.

The server forgot to get us silverware and we had to ask. We asked for sauces on the side and she forgot one of them. Overall the bufflo wild wings experiance I've known to love
