We needed to pick up a quick dinner after a busy day and Chipotle is typically our go to some something reasonably healthy. Over the past year or so both their service and quality of food has dropped off a cliff. So much so that when we made it home and opened our burrito bowls we found all of the chicken to be raw. The location wouldn’t answer their phone and their corporate “customer service” are bots that offered us two free food vouchers.

Just got an order of crispy tacos. I don't write reviews, but this was really bad. It has a small teasponful of meat. The shells were only 1/4 full of the other toppings. Avoid!

I just want to give Gabe and Jacob a shoutout. Absolutely wonderful service, I hate coming in so late especially during close to the closing hour. I’ve always felt guilty going in but Jacob and Gabe smiled the whole time during my service. Very friendly and welcoming. :)

What a nightmare of an experience. The workers don’t even acknowledge you when you walk in for a few minutes, then when they do it’s in an extremely rude manner. I asked for a burrito and the young lady rolled her eyes, I thought I was just seeing things until my friend said she did the same to her. I let it go since I understood she was maybe just frustrated. She didn’t greet a man who walked in and instead said to her associate “just help him since People won’t stop coming in.” Very unwelcoming atmosphere. She then was rude the entire time taking my friend and I’s order, and rolled my burrito in the most ridiculous way ever. I couldn’t even eat it, it spilled ALL over my shorts and shirt. It’s understandable to want to go home, I work in the food industry too, but that behavior was just awful. The food was fine, but they need retraining badly.

Beware when they ask you if you want queso it is an extra charge as is the Guacamole. Was it stated on the board? Probably. But almost $6 of extras is alot. This was my first visit to any Chipotle...and last. Food was ok. Several pieces of the carne asada were sinewy and uneatable.
I come here all the time and usually it is great. Until today this worker gave me small pieces of chicken that was like a fourth scoop and he was laughing while doing it. I don’t know what he had against just thought I would give feedback because I got barely any chicken or other items while he was making my bowl. Not worth it today but still a great location.

Another satisfying visit from a regular! I'm always in the area and when I'm craving chipotle I am never disappointed. Order:* carne asada bowl* half/half burrito* some sort of watermelon refresher or agua fresca Pleasantly surprised by the watermelon! It was between that and their lemonade. I felt the lemonade had more of a sour taste, which I didn't mind at all! I love sour, but I just wasn't feeling it at the time so I went the watermelon which we finished so fast! The service was speedy and nice. I believe there was a man being trained on the register and even though that may have been the case, it didn't seem to slow up their process one bit.Of course my bowl was jam packed with the freshest ingredients and I believe it was my second time trying the carne asada? I think the first time they featured it, it was too spicy for my liking. This one though had the perfect blend of spices and made me wish they would keep it on their main menu. The place had a line, but like I mentioned it was very efficient so not a bad wait. The place was clean from what I saw. I was in and out fairly quickly, but their drink options were almost fully stocked. It seemed like had just refilled them. We love full fountain drink options!

I drive from Saint Charles to this one because it's clean and the staff is very friendly. I love Chipotle but I cannot understand how so many of their locations just can't seem to figure out that those two metrics are critical to repeat business.
