I’ve been wanting to try this place for a long time, but after trying it I feel like a fool. When I walked in I was surprised that there was no one in there during lunchtime on a weekend, but I learned why.First of all, it’s so overpriced. When the cashier showed us the total I was genuinely surprised. I live in Chicago and always order Sweetgreens, which is in fact a lot cheaper than the place. Second, I know food taste can be very subjective, but everyone in my friend group agreed that the food is just not good. For example, there’s too much sauce in the wraps, while the quinoa feels uncooked. Lastly, like many other reviews pointed out, the staff isn’t super friendly.My suggestion: make the ordering process more customizable. Like subway, where you can see the ingredients and how much they are putting into your food. Ditch the first step where you have to choose from the preset flavor base.

Very customizable menu. This location is there best location. We enjoy the buffalo chicken wrap with sauce on side and the sweet and sour chicken bowl. They serve tortilla chips as the side and they are good.

The food is always great at this location. What is better than the rest, is their friendly customer service. Always happy to make the order meet our vegan needs. I had an incident happen at this location (nothing to do with the food) and they made sure I was taken care of and I was made whole without question. We will continue to come back to this location.

We ordered carry out since we had a large group. I had the teriyaki chicken wrap... it isn't for everybody. Many of us were disappointed and still hungry. I wanted to like this so bad.

Cashier carried on a conversation with customer in front of us for five minutes about nothing. Then female with short brown hair was just rude. Walked in front of us twice, never said excuse me then handed food off never saying anything. Just not pleasant experience unfortunately

Employee rude at lunch. When I checked on an order just to get an idea when it may be ready, the Employee replied, sternly, "It will be a few minutes. They ordered $150 worth of food." It was about $45. Goodness
