I visit this location multiple times a week, often on my way to work or randomly on the weekends. I enjoy stopping in and the coffee is delicious, when its delicious. Its just inconsistent.Kid-friendliness: Brought my 3 year old daughter and had a great time. They have colors and paper. They gave her a little cup of cold foam. :)
I showed up on Veterans Day morning to get the free doughnut as advertised to Dunkin’ Donuts site. Told the person in the drive-through that I was a veteran, and that I was choosing a particular type of donut. I waited in line and upon check out I was informed by the manager that I was not allowed the donut. The lady manager informed me that I had to be a member of their rewards club, and on top of that only certain types of donuts were offered to veterans that day. The entire experience made me feel cheap and stupid and just bad for saying that you’re gonna give a donut away and having all Restrictions on veterans when they come up to the window. It would be better if you just didn’t offer the free donut at all.

They never get my order right. Today was my last day going to this location. Workers are rude and dont care about their job. Lactose allergy and they give me whole milk instead of oatmilk every time.

I'm a huge Dunkin fan, however this particular location has chronic staffing issues that seem to be extending on for multiple years.Today was the third time I placed a mobile order, arrived and the place has yet to be opened. This on top of the multiple times I've arrived and had to wait for them to brew the coffee, because they've opened late.Such a bummer, it's close to me & wouldn't write a bad review for one on-off instance, but there is a pattern here.

Donuts were delicious. But the person who was packing donuts and receiving payment was visibly sick. The person kept on blowing nose on wet handkerchief and did not wash or sanitize hands. In the era of Covid (and many other diseases), we would really appreciate it and we would feel safer if people who work there put more emphasis on hygiene.
