I’m so happy to have such an amazing meal prep service right in STL! All of the meals come with all the nutrition information on the front so you don’t have to play the guessing game of what’s in your food. Outside of convenience the food is so flavorful!! My favorite has to be the honey sriracha beef!!! If you’re a busy person who wants to stay on top of their nutrition try out fit flavors!!!! 10’s across the board!!
