The menu shows two biscuits for the biscuits and gravy combo. I have been given a single biscuit more than once. Obviously I can ask for another biscuit. That is harder when you have gone through the drive though as I have. In any case, the problem is compounded because they have a "deal" where you can get two "biscuits and gravy" for $5. When I have ordered this, it is one biscuit and one container of gravy for each "biscuit and gravy" order. The combo meal shows a picture with two biscuits covered in gravy. So I ordered that and again received one biscuit and one container of gravy. This was just under $8 and included some hasbrowns and orange juice (an extra 65 cents). Also note that I ordered two of those and there was no deal so it was approximate $16. Wouldn't it make sense that the combo includes two Biscuits since not only is that what the picture indicates but also that makes it more similar to the 2 for $5 "deal"?I'd like to suggest that all fast food restaurants everywhere take note of how these kind of critical details result in frustrated customers who by and large lose trust in the establishment and quit patronizing. As a result, the companies cluelessly change their menus which were not the problem, change their look which is not an issue, and create new advertisements which is unnecessary in efforts to remedy slow business and poor bottom lines. This, of course, is wasted money which continues an endless cycle of wasting money and not identifying the actual problem. And fast food chains become worse and worse over time. Less people trust and but fast food and more pressure is put on grocery stores and other restaurants creating higher demand . That results in higher prices at the grocery store (not that that is the only reason). Nobody wants this.To fast food owners, CEOs etc, please hire better, pay better, create an easy path for the customer to resolve an issue and leave the menu alone if it's good. Take note of Chick-fil-A. They are killing it. They aren't perfect but they are pretty darn close. Taco Bell, KFC, Hardee's, Burger King, Popeyes and more need to learn from their simple example. I would honestly contend that nearly every ff chain outside of Chick-fil-A is failing miserably. And it is only because most of your competition is also failing that you continue to operate. Please do better!

Wow Hardee's sure has gone down hill since the last time I had it. Overpriced. Mediocre. Pulled into drive-thru only to be told to pull into a parking spot because they were working on fries bring cooked. Waited 10 minutes.... for cold fries! Burger was messy and simplistic. Not impressed. Well not be going back.

Very happy with my experience today at hardee’s in chesterfield. cashier was very helpful and patient while i was deciding what to get . at the window i tell her thank you for her help and she says “ thank you for your patience im working on getting more staff my goal is to give the besr service. appreciate you choosing hardee’s. love her attitude and positive work ethic . Martrail you truly are a leader . thank you for the best food and service !!

Got a good bacon egg and cheese muffin through the app and drive through today. Tasty breakfast sandwich which is pretty healthy. Service was good and it's always good here. The best and most healthy thing in the menu are the tacos. I like using my MasterCard because there is sometimes cash back when buying at Hardee's
