Let me start by saying, the food here was really good. No issues with the quality or quantity. Everyone in our group was happy with their meal.BUT getting your food is a challenge.The QR code links a website where you can select items with no descriptions and no ability to modify any of the items (only a single “order notes” section that proved useless). After giving up on ordering from my table, I went to the front counter to attempt to place the order. Our family simply need to substitute out chicken for tofu on one item and wanted to request a minor modification on another (extra spicy). The employee took almost 5 minutes trying to figure it out on their app before asking a coworker who said they weren’t sure if they could change anything “because the cooks are Chinese”. Eventually they agreed to ask the cooks who seemed to easily understand the request. After another 15 minutes we finally received our food without incident.As I mentioned, the food was great, but if you are needing modifications for dietary restrictions this isn’t your place.Also, I suggest ordering as take-out unless you enjoy dining in a space that looks like it was decorated by a 4th grader who’s forgotten to take their Adderall.
When coming to place it can be a bit confusing due to the construction in front but when going in its actually a great place to hangout with your friends. Food was good and atmosphere was cozy. Just wish there was a lil more help with figuring out how to order or putting away plates. Come here at least once a week to get a tea and / or smoothie. Clean with great customer service. The rewards program is great, too. Have not had to pay for my last 4 smoothies.

The was very flavorful and good quality. We had oyakodon, takoyaki, chicken bao(curry), honey pomelo tea, and Oreo brown sugar boba cheese milk. Everything was tasty. My only criticism is that oyakodon was a bit salty because the egg took on the flavor of the sauce so the rice was a necessity to balance out the flavor. I’ve been here once before and the chicken karage is pretty good as well.

Your tea needs to be better, it wasn’t strong enough. Had too much ice not enough tea! For a place that has tea in its name it’s very misleading to a costumer. So get with the program. Learn how to brew and tell me when you have it right.

Chicken ramen was awesome! The only thing that could make this place better would be to fix the obnoxious ambient music which cut out every 5 seconds because it was poorly connected to someone's Bluetooth. I also really liked the plant decor.

I got the chicken katsudon to go. I have had it other places and didn't enjoy it as much as the one i had from here. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and moist. The egg that was added on the rice had a seasoning on it that i tasted in every bite, it tasted lie it was just paprika but had way more flavors the longer you ate.
Greatest customer service, the cashier was nice. Their brown sugar tea is delicious!

Ordered through Grubhub. The chicken karage bento was over cooked and looked old. They were little pieces instead of chicken parts. No salad included as advertised. The ten don was also cold and more fried squid than shrimp. Could not eat any of it. Asked for refund through Grubhub and they denied a refund since they said everything was as advertised. Will avoid place in the future.

The food is good but the service sucks!!Order Ramen and they have chopsticks, you run a restaurant business and how u run out of it. The service doesn’t even say we out, he said “ we don’t have chopsticks “ got my food first and I finish my food but they forgot my drink that I ordered. I been waiting and all I see them just standing around and talking and they on their phones. when I finally ask them, they be like oh sorry. The drink being sitting ?♂️.

I always come here for boba and it’s always been amazing everytime I have went but I went today 12/10/23 and it was awful they have changed there drinks and boba so much and I will not be returning.
