They are terrible at their job. Something goes wrong every time I come to this location...screwed up order, terrible customer service, cold fries..etc. there's a lot of fast food options on the same road, pick literally any other restaurant and you will have a better experience. I don't hold high expectations for McDonald's to begin with but this location in particular continues to disappoint.

I've been meaning to write a review of this location for a while now, as we frequent it often after baseball games. I can confidently say that this is the most consistently high-quality McDonald's I know of, even when it's close to closing time. More than once, I've gotten fries right out of the fryer, and the rest of the food is always fresh. Don't be put off by the fact that it's attached to a gas station. For others who find themselves at McDonald's more often than they'd like to admit, this one is a standout.

What a fantastic McDonald’s and also attached to a really cool gas station. I would highly suggest this McDonald’s for anybody that’s hungry and needs gas as well. Five star service five star everything food was actually better than any McDonald’s. I’ve been to about three years as well. Also, the fries are excellent. Here were made fresh and are very crunchy.Parking: Plenty of barking also there’s a gas station right next-door so you can get gas and get food

While I am not as much of a McD's fan as I once was, I have had only good experiences with the Chesterfiled Mo location. Staff is always nice, order is always correct and fresh.
Good burger (no diced onions for some reason), good iced tea. Fast. Clean.Parking: Adjacent to a fuel station ⛽

I've no problem with people whose primary language is clearly not English, but at least help them with reading and speaking it clearly and so they understand. I order McChicken original to go. When I got to my destination, I found out it was spicy.Worse, which why the two stars, there are only drive thru customersother than me and even that's not busy. The "dinning" area in obvious need of cleaning, not one table top was clean, the floor is equally bad with napkins and food all over. This was at 2pm.
