Came on a Sunday afternoon. Felt guilty bringing a chef out to hibachi when we were the only 2 in hibachi area, but they were very accommodating. The chef, Ajar, was very upbeat and entertaining - that's what hibachi is about. Each hibachi meal comes with a bonus of 2 shrimp - nice touch. They also gave us noodles in addition to fried rice. Huge portions, we split a meal and could not finish it. Waitress was on lunch break but still insisted on helping us. Great service!

Over the weekend I decided to treat myself to some hibachi... what a good decision! I haven't been to too many hibachi restaurants in the area, but from what I've experienced, Ninja is the best. They also offer a great price for what you get, boat-loads of food and a show. There were so many different menu items that caught my interest and made me wish I had six stomachs. I got a soda, soup, salad, noodles, steamed veggies, fried rice, chicken, and scallops, and a fried slice of cheesecake for like $32 or something. Plus, since I brought home leftovers, technically got 2 meals out of it. On top of the great food, the chefs were incredibly talented. They all had such a great connection with their audience. One of them was even juggling flaming torches. While I had an amazing time, I can't say the same for everyone there that night. Upon arriving, there was nobody taking names or greeting anybody that came in. I'd probably been there 10 minutes till I was able to get my name on the list. On top of that, somebody at my table had ordered some sushi that simply never arrived. I think there are some areas for improvement, but I plan on coming back and hopefully soon. This is a great place to bring the family, friends, or date. I had so much fun!

My favorite Hibachi place in the area! The food always 10/10. The service is very good and the waitress very helpful with the menu. The ambience is very family friendly. A lot of parking spots. The hibachi experience is awesome always including for the kids and yes the kids entrees are big portions. I recommend the Steak hibachi. On this pictures is the combination pad thai and the JR Steak Hibachi (kids meal) because we don't order the hibachi experience this night.

Came here to celebrate my birthday, and it was wonderful. People were so nice and welcoming. Our Chef Omar was the best and we highly recommend apple sake! Great amount of food, prepare for leftovers and a full belly.
Walked in without a reservation at prime dinner time we we were seated right away not in the hibachi section but in the sushi section. There was only one server in our very big section. She was running around trying to take care of everyone. When she finally came to us we mentioned we only had like 40 mins to eat and she was so good in taking our order quickly, putting it in to the kitchen and delivering our meal. As always the food here is top notch. We ordered the Mountain Fuji Roll (yummm my favorite) and the Volcano Roll which they flame up for you at the table ( hubby likes it and said it is mildly spicy). We also ordered the Salmón tartare and the side of fried rice as an appetizer. Everything was so good!!! We are regular customers here!!!

On the hibachi side it depends on who you get. The first time we went in the summer the guy was entertaining and the food was good. When we went recently the guy was so-so entertaining, but the food was not good. The other guy working was really entertaining, but I can't speak to his cooking skills. They are definitely understaffed but the manager and owner did not seem to be in any sort of hustle and just kept ordering around the one waiter to do everything.
