Panda just doesn’t have good food anymore it used to be my favorite fast food. I came just as they opened at 10:30. Nothing was cooked at the place. At 11 teriyaki chicken was ready they started cutting it for me and it was raw inside. I said just give me mushroom chicken. It was a take out lunch for 3, vegy and mushroom chicken, every order had only 2-3 pieces of chicken…….really? Done with Panda.

When we all walked in we were expecting a great lunch. Little did we realize they had nothing available. Hardly any food, to the no Coke, there was no iced tea, they specifically said there would be at least a 5 minute wait on mixed greens. Eventually we got our food and we sat down and then behold a cockroach king crawling across the bench. Absolutely discussing and will never come again.

Ordered a plate to go, when I got the order and looked at it, it was not what I ordered. When I went back to the register to have it fixed, Brianna. L, told me I'd have to pay to get it fixed. Really, that's how you run this place? Very annoyed. Can't believe I'd have to pay 2 times for one meal.

The kung pao chicken came with no sauce on it and there were maybe 2 peanuts in it. I’ve gone here multiple times and every time the food is dry and isn’t made correctly. I went at 11:40am. So there’s no reason for it to be dry and made incorrectly when they just opened for the day.

Very small (cheap) portioned. Lack of skilled employees. They don’t have at least a minimum customer service standard. They were opened my plate three times then talking on the meal (cashier). Then sides were burnt and some siders were out. Too poor communication. Too cheap. Dirty. Just wasted my time. I threw away to trash bin.

A little over a month ago I had a positive experience at a Panda Express. I have been to two more since expecting the same but haven't gotten it. On a Tuesday evening I was picking up a Walmart curbside order and I could see Panda Express while I was waiting at Walmart. I decided to give it a go. There were two people working there and two people ahead of me. I ordered the two item plate with Chili Crisp Shrimp, Beijing Beef, and fried rice. None of it tasted fresh when I got it home. The rice was especially old and a little clumpy. That's all I've got.

The food is good when available. The chicken and stringbeans seems to be in high demand and they never have enough or just enough as seen in my last bowl. I ordered takeout and when I got home, the portion is almost half the size it use to be. I do not order the noodles because they are never hot, never. It seems as though the portions have decreased and the prices are slowly increasing. The service is great, they keep the line going, the space is smaller than I would like, so I order takeout most of the time. This location is ok if you are in a rush for food and they have what you want.
