Visiting from out of town and realized after we entere that this is Panera. It's not a local place at all. With thay understanding we didn't realize it would take well over 30minutes to get our order. Overall the visit was disappointing.

I eat here 5 days a week. It's really close to my work. They have always been nice. April and Raeshaun always say hi and smile. My favorite is Mac and cheese with turkey chili mixed in with a ham and cheese grilling.
Drive through broken. Had to order inside via semi functional, dirty, automated checkout touchscreens. 30 min wait for 2 coffees at 2:00pm. Drinks were not good at all. Disappointing expirence all around. Would not recommend.

My lemonade was watered down and gross, there was mold EVERYWHERE. I’m usually not too picky but the place was absolutely filthy. Everyone was super busy working so I’m not saying this is a staff level issue…this is a management issue, especially after seeing another review about the same thing from a few months ago.
