They forgot my sandwich for my you pick two, but when I went to let them know, they were genuinely apologetic and even gave me a free cookie. The manager was super sweet and urgent about fixing the mistake. We need more people like this in the world!

I had the Spinich Artichoke soufflé. It was terrific. The service was good. The coffee was good but the when I went to get a refill, the pot ran dry. I did switch to a different coffee but I prefer the one I had. It wasn't very busy so they weren't paying enough attention to the coffee station. The place was clean and we enjoyed sitting down for a nice breakfast snack and coffee. Thanks!

Every time I come here, which is not often, I say I will never come back. The high cost to small food ratio is so infuriating. The food is good, but after spending $3.90 on a bagel and cream cheese I am officially done with Panera bread. The bagels have even begun to shrink.

One staff saw me at the counter and kept working in the back. Clearly we made eye contact. I observed there was a mobile pick up and doordash shelf. They have a window on the side that you can't see when you walk in. I usually go to the other Panera and that is what I am used to. Waited 12 minutes for something already doneHorrible go to the one 5 minutes away

This is by far the slowest Panera I have ever been to. It took me over 30 minutes to pick up an order in the drive through only for my order to be wrong. I don’t want to ever go here again because this happens every time I go.

I eat breakfast at Panera every day. Due to an appt stopped at this location for first time. Apparently, they only only make a handful of bagle varieties, not the full selection. The availability in the kiosk was inaccurate so I had to go to the counter. The person didn't even ask if I wanted to eat in (I did) but just threw the scone in a bag. And the scone was not good at all, I threw it away after one bite. Going back to the real Panera after my appointment.

I order from Four Seasons Bread Co all the time. I asked for a baguette for my side and when I got home, it was missing. I had kept the receipt, so I came back in to speak to the manager the next day. Customer service skills were amazing! He refunded my money, gave me a baguette side, and even a free pastrie. Kudos to the whole staff at Four Seasons!
