This location is never open when Google says they are! I saw they were open till 4p today which is Sunday, but when I got there at 3:40p the doors were locked. Today isn’t the first time, it happens all throughout the week too which is why I’m making this review. Also, there’s a bit of a bad smell at this location. Smells like dirty mop water or something every single visit. Please do better! This is the closest location to me so it would be nice to be able to patronize when I’m having a craving!

They were very safe and sanitary without losing any of the luxury. They were attentive whilst providing a sense of intimacy for my date and myself. The food was delicious and the drinks top shelf and generous!

Went today around 3:30 and it was a ghost town (not bad, just adds context). I ordered, got my drink and sat down and waited. I was literally the only one there… yet they somehow got my sub wrong? Added things I didn’t even ask for and left off things I did ask for… I was so confused.. it was all still good, I just had to pick off the things I didn’t ask for and go ask for the things I wanted. I must add, my sub is a simple one too..

While my sandwich was great here, the atmosphere just wasn't it. The workers were blaring rap music and arguing with one another when we walked in. You'd think it's because the place was empty, but nope, people were eating in the dinning room and they were still arguing and playing the music.

Stay away, biggest red flag is that it stinks, second is that I ordered a cold sub with no fries and it took 30 minutes. I asked for a refund at that point and nobody even knew how to do that! Won't be giving my business to that Penn station again.

We keep trying to go back here because we genuinely love the food, but their hours seem to be whatever they feel like making them on that given day. We’ve looked online (it says 8pm in store too) and even called ahead to make sure they were open. 4 of the last 5 times we’ve attempted to go, they were closed before 7:30. Tonight there were people eating inside, but the doors were locked. It’s incredibly annoying.
