They season well compared to a similar company.Best option for me is any dish that includes mashed cauliflower, a green veg and a protein.Only reason for 4 instead of 5 is that you can’t use the gift certificate bought online in store and stock was very low when I went to buy food. I recommend shopping online and paying the small fee for delivery to get all the options.

Fast delivery, portion small, ordered 5 dishes. Fiesta Chicken Quesadilla very dry and greasy, Beef Brisket Plate...greasy no flavor. Ordered 5 dishes. Not looking forward to try the rest tomorrow..... Suggest order small before jump into meal plans. Wish I ordered less.

Portions are small for the price. There are lots of choices, though. We had the braised beef, Lasagna, & chicken breast with zoodles. Chicken & beef were tender. Flavors were just o.k.

I have been eating their meals for breakfast and lunch now for 3 months. I have lost 20 lbs in that time and feel great! The meals have great portions and give me a long lasting boost of energy without any crash. The meals are really good and made fresh with wholesome ingredients.
