Gave it a second chance and for the record I went around the same time and there was only 2 people working. Food was fresh and delicious.Suppose to be open at 10:30 but the owner said they didn’t have enough people to open when there was already 2 people plus him. My local Qdoba only has 3 people working and they have a drive thru not sure why he couldn’t step up and help out the store. Probably won’t go back.

People were incredibly rude. Girl at the front was talking on the phone while I stood there for 5 minutes then she complained and said she wanted to go home. And she barely added any chicken or said a word to me.

Ordered a chicken bowl togo.White rice was partially cooked.Some of the chicken pieces were burnt and some were like rubber chicken.Previous few times was good but had bad food experience today.Also the employees looking for tips?? in a fastfood to go restaurant... right before you pay they say answer that question and they will be looking for at you and the screen.

Let me first just say I am a Chipotle girl!. I went here on Saturday and the service was good there was a young lady who took my order and rang me out. The food was soooo good very flavorful and fresh. The chips were also fresh and not overly salty. If I didn't live 30 minutes from this place I'd come back to this location only.

I usually love Qdoba and have had many great experiences from this location and several others; however, that has changed for this location. The last few times that I have come to this location, it is quite clear that the staff don't even seem to want customers there. The attitude and treatment of customers is just awful at this location now. The attitude was topped of when the cashier wouldn't even talk. She just pointed, and it seemed that I was not even a person. The staff are running around confused and uninterested in helping the customers in line. I may try this location one more time, but I'll probably put this one on the "do not visit" list. There are so many options all along this street, and they probably want me there.

They open at 10:30. I walked in at 10:35. The cook said ALREADY? Then who I assume was the manager told the cook that she used to have someone come in at 10:31 everyday. Hey Qdoba, I can't help when I take my lunch break. I used to work in food service and I would NEVER say anything when people came in right when we opened. I will never come back here again. Thanks a lot.

QDOBA Mexican Eats restaurant located at 16890 Chesterfield Airport Rd Suite 104 is a fast casual mexican restaurant offering mexican burritos, tacos, bowls and salads. You choose your style of bowl or burrito or taco, then choose the style of rice plus beans. Then comes your protein (pork, steak, chicken or veggies). You can also customize other additions such as salsa and cheese. The portions are generally pretty good size. I really like their hot salsa. I had their veggie bowl with guacamole. This location is clean and the employees had a friendly smiling attitude. I liked this QDOBA location.
