My kids are crazy about rice bowls and even though they wanted to go to Chipotle I brought them here as in my personal opinion Qdoba is better than Chipotle. We were there at 7:40 PM and it seemed like they had run out of most ingredients.We wanted brown rice and all that was left was a little mix of brown and white rice that was served in 3 dishes. Guacamole was all gone and so were most other ingredients. Attitude of server was clearly showing disappointment in serving customers towards end of the day. When we were making payment, couple of trays full of fresh ingredients were brought in.I think it would have been great if someone had asked us to wait few minutes while they could get the ingredients refilled or just a quick acknowledgment of most trays being empty than to just keep scraping them and pretend that they are trying their best while there were full trays in the back waiting to be picked.

My boyfriend and I were just at the fountain Plaza Qdoba and had a lovely lunch! The store was extremely clean and you could even smell how clean the bathrooms were! Kent and the store manager took care of us. They made us a beautiful steak bowl that had so much flavor I was dancing in my seat eating it! We love coming to this location and we will continue to recommend it to everyone! It's only a matter of time before Qdoba puts chipotle out of business. ?Parking: The lot parking is free, simple to navigate, and they keep it free of trash and regularly salted and plowed whenever it snows.Wheelchair accessibility: This store has lots of tables and is very handicapped accessible.

Visited on a Sunday before going bowling with gf’s. We sat at the high top and the 3 guys working were friendly enough and the food was fresh and delish!
Very generous food portions, tasted great, service was excellent! We'll be back.

The service keeps getting worse. At first it was the weird hours. Then once the hours went back to normal the staff weren't the best. Last week when I went in an employee was sitting on the prep table. I stared at him in disbelief. There was other customers in the building so all of us were witnessing this. I let it slide thinking maybe I'm just being crazy. We get our food and sit and eat. 3 teenage males are "working" 1 is sitting on the prep table AGAIN and one is making the food and the other one is ringing people out. While this guy is sitting on the table he is eating....EATING a taco near the food they are serving while customers are being taking care of. I was dumbfounded. Who is leaving these teenagers alone and not doing check ins or quality control?

Awesome meal today. Not cheap on the ingredients and tasted great.The only thing I'd complain about is that my chips in the bag were all broken up into small pieces.Parking: Nice, flat level lot.

It's definitely the worst location that I've visited in years. Staff isn't motivated at all to please customers. Low on items and zero urgency to replace them with fresh food. You'd think that making fresh vegetables and keeping menu items at the ready comes out of their paychecks. One employee was making a 10th box of chips in the back. Meanwhile, they are out of chicken, vegetables, and low on other foods. This was during lunch hours. Not right after opening or near closing.

I was there around noon on Aug 17. There was one young man preparing the food and working the register. The food was perfect, fast and delicious. He deserves a raise and/or a promotion.

Portion sizes are always small. Food lacks flavor (have to add salt and pepper which I never do at restaurants). Drink machine is an old piece ? Qdoba is fine, but I'd recommend literally anywhere else.
