Out of all my Red Robin experiences, this Red Robin's the best. The gentleman that served my siblings and I this even was so attentive to our needs, his service was phenomenal. The rest of the staff were super sweet and polite. I cannot recommend them enough. I believe our server's name was Jeremy and he's the best server out of any restraunt I have ever been to.

Royal red robin burger was cool as ordered.Pretzel bites were overcooked, hard and had a bad taste.Server was Zach, he did a good job but didn't notice that I only ate a few pretzel bites.

Completely gave me wrong order to go like not the food I ordered, the waitress who also worked the bar just did not pay attention. Unfortunately if the food industry doesn't get control on the service of workers the tipping is going to decrease dramatically by the customers.

Vegetarian options: The impossible burger had me fooled!! I asked to double check and yep it’s not real-great service!
Our waiter was amazing. They seem to only want to give you like 5 fries at a time. Maybe because they’re bottomless but they wouldn’t have to keep putting in so many orders if they gave you a decent amount to begin with.

Zac was a terrific server today! Nice place. Good food!
Normally would do a five star but this time when my burger came the fries served was old and cold. They did make me some fresh hot ones after I told them. Server was great and very friendly, helpful and positive. All other food was great.

I really enjoyed the experience. Food was great. The server was good the manager wasn't so. We went out of our way when we left the restaurant and realized we were under charged. Went back in so they could get it right. The extra effort on our part was not met with what you would expect from that.

The restaurant was Dirty and nasty. No clean tables execpt for the ones guests were at. Rude and inexperienced surve staff. My food came out cold and the remake didn't come out until all of the others in my party had finished eating so I had to eat in front of people who just were talking and watching me. On top of that the surver kept disappearing and didnt refill any drinks. Manager seemed to not understand why we were upset. Over priced for the experienced. Will not be back.
