Was given the wrong order. Got home called to see why. Was told sorry new employee, nothing they can do. The manager couldn’t care less if you come back or not. Worst customer service ever. The place used to be good but new management doesn’t really care. Wouldn’t waste your time .

I’m appalled. There is a pandemic going on with a mask mandate in St Louis County and none of the employees are wearing masks. I am not eating in restaurants due to the pandemic. I came there to pick up a to-go order. Everyone waiting for a to “-go order was masked but not one employee had a face covering on. I’m not going there again. I don’t want Covid in my food from their uncovered faces.

I regularly eat at Rich & Charlie's a few doors down but this is the carryout location for pizza. On this day I picked up pizza and toasted ravioli. I usually get pepperoni and the crust is very thin, the sauce is tangy, and the cheese is provel. The service is usually friendly and unfortunately I live just slightly outside their delivery area so I have to pick up my order instead of getting it delivered. I can tell a lot of the reviews are not for this location because they are referring to the restaurant a few doors down. The pizza is always good!

Food here is ok, I don't visit very often but went in today for a grinder and both the guys in the kitchen were not properly wearing their mask, had it around their mouth but not their nose.

Great food- had toasted ravioli, Caesar, chicken parm, baked ravioli and creamy pasta with bacon. All good, my family's fave Italian when we visit St Louis.

We ordered a pizza and salad thin crust during this COVID-19 Carryout. The salads are pretty good here at Rich & Charlies and the pizza was decent too. I personally thought a little light on the accoutrements for the price, but hey, it's their business and my review. I think if I ordered pizza from them again I would let them know in advance that I'd like them to create a good value pizza as if they were making it for themselves. I'll give them a try again in the future but there are other pizzas to try out in the area next so I'll have to wait to review again.

Amazing, amazing service. They took the extra time to wipe down my credit card and pen for signing the receipt after using it. They are doing a fantastic job of operating during this pandemic! I will do takeout as much as possible from Rich and Charlies.

The food tasted fine, but I am concerned about the level of caution being taken by this restaurant for COVID-19. I received a curbside order because I didn't want human contact. I watched as the person who handled my order asked the person in the car next to me to sign the receipt by using a pen and a receipt book. I asked for my order to be placed in my trunk, but then she wanted me to sign my receipt with the same pen and receipt book she had just users with the person next to me. Multiple people touching things is exactly why this virus is being spread everywhere. If this restaurant is so lax about this, it makes me question what they are doing with the food.
