Extremely disappointing - this location used to take orders via Grubhub and also sold Cinnabon. However, as of a week or two ago they've completely disabled all of their GrubHub (and Seamless) ordering capabilities and the site shows; "This restaurant isn't taking orders on Grubhub yet but may be soon."Edit: As of May 2022 the put their orders on Doordash but you get an error any time you order. What a horrible store.

Please understand, folks. They are struggling with a very common problem these days... understaffing! They have no choice but to reduce hrs (were only open 10 - 3 today) & even close some locations. They sometimes operate with only 1 or 2 people, and cannot handle orders via delivery services, etc. Can you imagine?Again, please understand & continue to support them as much as you can.

I love this place but you still can’t eat inside and the drive thru is always so incredibly slow that I haven’t gotten back to work in time after lunch multiple times. Today it took me 30 minutes to get through the drive thru and there were 2 cars in front of me. I won’t be back.

This place used to be good but could and should be so much better. These are not cheap sandwiches so, why are they SO skimpy with the ingredients? Place could be so much better! DO BETTER SCHLOSKY's!!!

Horrible experience. Inside was closed so I made a curbside order at 6:47p. My son was also making an order, but by the time I entered my cc info it wouldn’t go thru online. Pulled up to the drive thru speaker at 6:50p and they closed at 7pm. While one car was at the window awaiting their order No one acknowledged us at the speaker. After several attempts to get someone’s attention the car received their order and pulled off. Since we could not get a response I drove up to the drive thru window. A lady was inside, but would not acknowledge us. When I looked at the time it was 6:57p. I began honking and knocked on the window. The lady ducked and ran to the back. I then knocked on the window with no response. Since I still needed my curbside order I attempted to call while at the drive thru window with no answer. A couple of guys from the car wash next door had seen me and said they would go in to get someone’s attention. A few minutes later a lady comes to the window to tell me they were closed. I informed her we had been there at least 10 minutes prior to close and needed to pick up my curbside order, but was attempting to place an order for a small sandwich. She began making excuses that they go by the clocks inside and they may be a few minutes fast. It was obviously a lie and an attempt to justify ignoring us for the last 20 minutes. There is no way their clocks are 10 minutes fast. Needless to say, my son had opened his coupon and because of their unprofessional tactics, it is no longer valid. Needless to say they will never get our business and we will make sure everyone knows how they do business.

Their sourdough bread is worth the trip. I've been a Schlotzky's fan for over 30 years.2/20/22 - tried the new calzones, a nice change but still enjoy The Original.

I absolutely love this restaurant BUT....I am very disappointed in them now....I was able to order from them 2 days in a row and was so excited that they had brought the restaurant back! The 3rd time I went to order....it told me I was too far??? I also buy a lot of food from them because I love it so much so that way I can eat it throughout the day for a couple of days! I think that if the Doordash drivers are willing to pick the food up and are willing to bring the food to my house since I am disabled and I am not able to get to the restaurant on my own and make a good tip from it then they should be allowed to deliver to O'Fallon if they want to because they are missing out on a lot of money being from me....the Company and the Doordash Drivers!!!!

Really would give a zero if possible. My sandwich was just thrown together. They put tomatoes on which I asked for none. It was one piece of an onion on it that they clearly broke in half. Meat was just thrown on and falling off. Cinnabon was STILL cold after I asked for it to be heated up. Very disappointed especially because I enjoyed this place and this location is the only one around now.
Delicious treat!! These sandwiches just keep getting better and better. I always order with extra garlic sauce, YUM!Now I wish they would open one closer to me in Ellisville

The service was terrible and the food was mediocre. We sat in the drive-thru line for over 30 minutes waiting for 2 sandwiches, with only 3 cars in front of us, and then to top it all off, my sandwich was a complete greaseball and made a giant mess.

I love schlotskys. Especially when they were downtown. When they closed I was so upset. But then I found the one in chesterfield. It's good and close to the original but is missing something. I will still go back cause it is close. The service was great and they have a drive thru.

Great sandwich, friend from Texas says it's the exact same and was tickled pink upon. Finding one here.Had the turkey and bacon, loved it. Friend had their specialty sandwich, which I can only describe as a meat mountain. He was more than happy.
