The mushroom burger has been slightly cold still the past 3 times I've ordered it where the cheese isn't fully melted/hot. The shack burger and cheese fries always go hard though. And the new Korean sauce is really nice.

I get they busy today (3/9/24 @1pm) but getting my order wrong sucks. Ordered a double got a single, ordered no sauce on wife’s single and had sauce, forgot my kids 6pc chicken bites.Just tried my kid’s chicken bites and not a fan of the taste. Tried it with the BBQ sauce and it made it worse. I 100% will not return after spending $70+ on food that was on same level as Burger King.

Me and my husband came here to grab a shake to share for the last of our date and it tasted like protein powder and we grabbed some fries and they were filled with grease and rubbery!! We sat at the window for a good 7 minutes before anyone acknowledged us! It was not a very good first

This was my first experience at Shake Shack and it was through the drive thru. The service was fast, friendly and efficient! The prices were average. The food was so hot, fresh, spiced well and very pleasing to the eye. I was overfull on a single burger meal with a small lemonade and my husband had a double burger meal with a large soda and felt the same. I will definitely go back!
