The sign, google and your website says you open up at 10am but your doors are still locked at 10:10am and not one employee came to the door to open it for me. It was a great first impression.

The food was good. We had burgers and onion rings and they were good, not exceptional. The website claims a short wait, and it was busy but not overly so and we waited twenty minutes for our food to arrive at the table. They were out of three of the beverages and there weren't any napkins out anywhere. For the price there are many other burger places that are much better.

I really wanted to like this and have a great hamburger, but unfortunately, it lived up to it's name. What I got was a greasy, smashed, soggy, tasteless mess - plus very expensive for reasons that completely escape me.

This is the best burger and onion rings I have ever had but the portion of the onion rings was terrible. Fries are great. No menu on the wall. Online menu is different from the paper menu that was on the counter.

Nice staff, good flavored food. Black bean burger was good but mushy (impossible/house made burger etc would be great here). I would come back, good fast casual option.
Food was very good. Got a kids meal with fries and they were fresh and hot. First time here will come again!

Smashburger is great for people with dietary restrictions. The gluten-free buns are excellent, and the peanut butter dairy free shakes are delicious. The staff at this location are also very friendly and helpful, and the wait time is acceptable. Prices are a bit high but not significantly higher than comparable restaurants.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free buns are available, as are dairy free shakes.

Really good food. However, it did give me heartburn, and the place had a leaky ceiling. The service was fine, but I had trouble understanding the server due to his Indian accent. The price though? Oh boy, be prepared to spend a pretty penny. It was way more expensive than I thought. For a family of three, you're looking at anywhere between $40 and $50.
The food was delicious, but they didn’t seem to want to make shakes for us. The atmosphere was okay, nothing special, but my nephew indicated that he hadn’t ever been in such a filthy men’s room before. He had to clean the bottoms of his shoes prior to walking out.
