One of the worst fast-food experiences I have ever had. Absolutely avoid this location at all cost. $60 for a family of 4. And they assumed we wanted fries over tots when they never confirmed.

It's a Sonic - It's not gourmet. Good is hot, fast & not dreadfully expensive. In a pinch, for what it is, it's ok!Kid-friendliness: You keep them contained in your car...Wheelchair accessibility: It's a drive up - you don't even need to leave your car.

I feel like Sonic is underrated. I recently reignited my love for sonic and it has made me wonder why I ever stopped going there to begin with. I stopped here for lunch today and man oh man was it good! The four was hot n fresh. I got a double bacon cheese burger, with chlli cheese tots, and a pretzel twist thing. It was all awesome! I especially like how the lettuce is chopped and not a whole piece of lettuce. The pretzel thing was an impulse purchase and I'm glad I got it because it was hots, soft, and salty goodness! I forgot the name of the lady that brought out the food but she was also super nice and professional and after giving me my food she was checking on the other cars to make sure they were enjoying their meals. I'd recommend stopping in and getting a bite!

Bradley, the manager on duty also the one taking orders was very rude. He cut me off in the middle of talking so I had to make two separate orders. Said it was my fault because I didn't finish ordering. So we went to the door to get a refund. Saw a cook get chili on her bare hands as she was not wearing gloves. She licked the chili off her hands and continued to make the order. When Bradley came to the door we asked for a refund he said of course. Told him about the cook who licked their fingers and he said nothing I can do about that. He then closed the door and locked it. So I would recommend going somewhere where they wear gloves and have good customer service. That was disgusting and he was so rude.

Worst experience I've had at a FAST food restaurant. I've been here 3 times prior to this one and drove away all 3 of those times without making an order. This time I waited for 10 plus minutes at the drive through. 3 other cars pulled up behind me and drove away. This was an awful Experiance and I won't be back ever again.

Do not come to this one. Service is not very good. Food is pretty good, but they don't even have Apple Pay. I don't understand why a modern place in Chesterfield doesn't have Apple Pay. The area is pretty cool though because it's got nice amount of bays and a drive-through. They really need to add some electric chargers here.

Said the place was open online, and on DoorDash, just for my order to get cancelled due to them not being opened.
Ordered a simple large limeade. Waited for 15 minutes as they served all the vehicles and orders behind me. I kindly asked the server if he could expedite my beverage and after an additional 10 minutes had to go inside to prod and saw at least 15 people working. On what, I'm not sure because there were only a few cars behind me and I still could not get them to make my drink. Sonic corporate needs to do something about the service at this location before it tarnishes their brand locally. Do not waste your time here, especially if you're thirsty and time is of the essence.

I placed an order for pickup for a soda since it's half priced drinks (highly recommend the Cherry limeade with raspberry and peach) and the soda was very good! Only knocking off a star because I felt like the employee wasn't super friendly but it happens he wasn't super rude or anything, he just came out and didn't say hello or anything and just handed me my drink even after I said hi he just kind of gave it to me and left without a word. Other than that, I love the structure of sonic and will keep coming back!
