Food tastes good, but for the price and quality of the place, it is awful. I got their chicken and wild rice and think they should change it to say 'wild rice and a smidge of shredded chicken'. It was mostly sauce. There was not a clean table in the place, bathrooms dirty, got a dirty spoon and had to search for a booth or chair to try to find one that was not torn or ripped. Only three folks working on a weekday lunchtime. Chesterfield Paneras is turning into a dive. What a shame.

Stopped in for breakfast and everything was great. We had sandwiches and both were perfectly toasted.

I just had to return my food because my wife found a live bug crawling around in the lettuce of her sandwich. The manager was nice enough about it but yeah I think I'm done with St. Louis Bread Co. It's to where you pay an increasing amount of money for really substandard food. I am just beyond disgusted.

Its like all of the other stores it has. Panera or Bread Co. They know what works and stick with it. Guaranteed to be good for the price and quick for considering the type of food. Price nothing different here you have to pay to play. Not a 5 tho because of location. It sucks. Parking limited aggravation in no short supply. Parking lot is small and a pain in the neck to get to off the main road. So no knock on the service just bad for busy parking.

This seems to be common these days where you walk into Panera, workers are "busy", no one acknowledges you, the Mgr is amongst the crowd of employees and no one, after 7-10 minutes comes to ask you for your order. The place was empty, no one else was in line but me. It was 7:45 am. I just wanted a bagel. Simple as it gets. These people are 10-15 ft away from me and no one, even looked my way. Finally, the Manager said someone will be with you shortly or I can go to the kiosk...wth. I thought about the kiosk but thought I got lucky and was the only one in the store ordering. Overpriced, under serviced, and lacking common sense customer service. Next time I'll run into the grocery store, it will be faster, cheaper, and just as good.

This place was dirty. Had to ask someone to clean the table so we could sit down. Food and crumbs all over the floor under table and the seats.
Whatever you are paying that man Mitchell, double it immediately. My friend and I drove through Chesterfield Panera expecting an average experience, but were instead met with the most impeccable, exemplary, above-and-beyond customer service we have EVER received at any establishment ever. Mitchell, if you are reading this, thank you for making that sandwich special for us. It was the best thing we’ve eaten in a very long time and you made our dreams possible. We just wanted to say thank you, also you should ask for a raise because whatever they are paying you it isn’t enough. Rock on bro
They never have avacado!!!! Fed up! It's a racket. All of their pictures advertise it but they never have it and they won't comp you or even throw in a cookie to make up for it. Will not return!!!!

Their portion sizes have gotten so small in comparison to their prices. The “Bowl” of soup for $8.43 is equal to about 16 Oz which really is not much for what you are charged. There is hardly any protein on the half sandwich (2 Oz.). Sadly many of us are choosing to go else where because of the inadequate portion sizes for the price and we leave feeling unsatisfied. Used to be good but you can tell they really are cutting corners. Such a shame because we always enjoyed lunch there but no more.

It's a great place to get work done. This place is rarely loud even when busy, which is good for working. Food is always pretty good; it generally comes pretty quickly. This is overall a solid Panera location.
