Great food and they are still making all the old classics. Beautiful setting and a very chill, relaxed ambiance. Great for kids.

It's a family favorite, but like many restaurants, the value has slipped. We did take out - an entree caesar and an extra large mizithra for $40. Outstanding mizithra and the pesto dressing is incredible. But outside of those two ingredients, we basically got plain spaghetti with browned butter and romaine lettuce. No protein -- just noodles and lettuce. Yes, two small cups of spumoni (3-4 spoonfuls) were included as well as a small loaf of Italian bread. I'd mention the side salad, but it was a handful of lettuce in half a pint container. I expected larger servings, especially as we spent the extra $5 for the larger order.

Came here on Presidents' Day after a toddler playdate because the Olive Garden had a half-hour wait, and I'm glad the Old Spaghetti Factory was nearby! We were seated immediately, and the decor was perfect for the little ones. Kid-friendly menu, and the spaghetti tasted great. We were all very happy to receive ice cream at the end of our meal. Service was very friendly and prompt.

It was quite a lovely experience between the ambiance, the moderate prices, the great service, and the great food!! I really enjoyed the night!! I went to the back for a birthday party and it was a great area for birthday parties!! There must have been three or four back there at the time. The other area of the restaurant look great for a date night, family fun night, or meetings for work. It was a very versatile environment!!

Great food and great service, everyone is very kind and friendly. It is an older restaurant so expect an older crowd, but overall there is lots of cool things to observe while having your meal.I had the chicken alfredo, minestrone, and a house salad and all of them were delicious. Definitely try the spimoni, you wont regret it.Dietary restrictions: There is a whole gluten-free menu to choose from as well

We had a party of 11. Came for my mom’s 84th birthday. The worst service we ever had. We had to ask for a everything—straws, napkins, bread plates, refills on all of our drinks. All the dirty salad and soup plates were ere still on the table when dinner arrived. My husband got up to ask the girls at the hostess stand for plates—they said they would tell our waiter. Another 10 minutes and still no plates. It appeared everyone who worked there just didn’t care about anything.

I just came from having lunch with a few friends. Food was wonderful. Perfectly cooked. The service however was awful. My friends and I ordered from the senior menu (we are all over 60, but we're a "young 60) mostly because the portions/options and price were ideal. According to the menu, the senior deal is a soup or salad, lunch portion main entree and then a small dish of ice cream. We all selected the salad, which comes with a creamy pesto, when we asked about different dressings we were told there wasn't anything else we could choose. I thought that perhaps it was pre-mixed/tossed. Acceptable reason. That was not the case. The dressing was poured on top. No apologies no reason was given for the lack of dressing choices. Whatever. Moving on. Entrees came. They were delicious. We were given the bill after finishing our entrees. We were never offered the ice cream. So we asked about the ice cream included in the senior special. We were told it was not included. Wow. We checked the menu again on the way out and confirmed that it was indeed included in the special. Another note, the restaurant was clean and looked to be well maintained. Management should look into retraining at the very least this server. Terrible service.
