I don't typically review food court establishments but this was the best pizza AND service I've ever had at a food court. When you think of this type of setting, usually you're not immediately wondering about how the service is because your interaction with the staff is limited. The man behind the counter (receipt said name is BJ Karju) was by far the most personable employee I've ever encountered in the food service industry. Not only were his food recommendations spot on, but he took care with each customer ahead of me to efficiently ensure the satisfaction of their meal while not slowing down the checkout process. His charm and eagerness to help each customer was admirable.

Not a fan of the food. I got spaghetti which was more oil than anything else. The garlic roll looked undercooked. I only liked the salad because it was covered in ranch. The staff was okay tho.

Located inside the food court at the St. Louis Premium Outlets. Pizza was okay. For $3 a slice, you can't expect too much. Staff was lackluster and had more to be desired. When I was trying to decide what I wantex, the employee just walked into the back without asking if I needed any help. Didn't talk to me about specials or any deals, rather just gave me my slice, swiped my card, and walked away. No thank you, no have a nice day. Good thing there was no option for tip.
This was some of the worst pizza that I have ever had. The cheese tasted fake and the sauce was a glob. You could also taste how long it had been sitting out. If I could I would have given this restaurant zero stars because of how bad my experience was.

I had lunch in the premium outlet mall food court @ Villa Italian kitchen and I had hair in my mac & cheese pasta! I told the lady and she was so rude, looked at it and threw it in front of me then called a guy, I assume to help her with the refund! She didn't even apologize! Disgusting place and bad service

Horrible experience. Staff impolite, don't care or take time to answer simple questions,very rude and not to mention expensive as well. Not worth for the quality of food or service. Staff needs to learn to treat customers with respect. Will never go to this location again

As far as food court pasta goes it wasn't bad. The bread and pasta wasn't over oily or salty so big win there compared to some other Italian fast food shops. Meets expectations for what it is.

Absolutely horrible experience punctuated by a manager who wouldn't take the time to talk to me when I requested to speak with him. He said that if I needed to talk to him I had to do so across two registers and a line of people because he was busy...so they all got to hear the following as well: - Pizza slice was served cold (I didn't bother with the fact that it CERTAINLY wasn't worth the $6 price tag) - Salad was so over-dressed as to be inedible - Soda was improperly mixed and overly syrupy - Overcharged for my daughter's milk (seriously - $2 for a half-pint carton of milk?!?) His response as I turned to walk away was to offer me his business card - not sure why that was the right answer but I simply left. Add in some rude service by the teenager on the register and they will NOT be getting a second chance.
