Food is a hit or miss, it's basic McDonalds. I have had a couple Raw quarter pounders come from here, so never ordering one again to be sure.This is a Franchisee location so the owner has the prices jacked WAY up.Pretty sure they don't like it when I use the 'free fries' bonus in the app because every time I use my free fries bonus, they make me pull around and wait for an entire 8 minutes for fries. This wait time is ridiculous. This is the fast food drive through, and I placed the mobile order ahead of time, fresh fries should be ready at lunch time!!! 11am-2pm for there to be a wait on fries is unacceptable, this is lunch hour, there should not be a shortage on FRIES!! I'm in a HURRY!The lady with the foreign accent who runs the food window LOVES to shove everyone in the "pull around" line, and it's getting ridiculous. PLUS she has a HORRIBLE attitude!!! Gives me my food and slams the windown in my face!! No "thank you", "have a good day", nothing!!! She cold stone gives you the food without as much as a word and shuts the glass. Booooo ?. Showing alittle customer service doesn't hurt, WHEN YOU WORK IN THE INDUSTRY.90% sure this treatment is because they don't like getting 'screwed out' of their MASSIVE fries margin (as I mentioned franchise prices)

Went here on thev8th. It's hard to get good service and the food order 100% correct. From the box to the window they were amazing. Special orders were correct young lady at window was so absolutely sweet. Ty it's truly hard to find all 3 qualitiesGood job guys

Instead of a 6 piece McNugget Happy Meal I ended up getting a 4 piece McNugget, no fries, and a large drink which I ended up paying separately for. $4.49 for 4 nuggets. Ridiculous!

The worst McDonald's around. Customer service, food, WAIT TIME for the terrible food. Don't bother to go there. Never have I had a good experience. This morning was 15 minute wait, with 5 other cars wrapped around the building waiting for food. Two different people came out going from car to car asking is this your food???CRAZY way to run a business!!! Never again....

I’m just got off at 2am. I thought McDonald’s was a 24hr drive through… why are there employees outside smoking weed in front of the building and telling people they “only except door dash orders”… you couldn’t even change it for pick up on the app. Ur employees can’t seem to take an order or flip a burger at night. This is great opportunity to get business from ford, but it seems like your overnight crew wants to do the least possible. Hire more people for your night shift, I’m sick of this constant neglect of taking orders and ur own employees trying to push away business so people can have their lil friends pull up and smoke in front of the company. That’s not what work is, sorry if yall thought work was sun shine and flowers, get a different job if that’s the case. This has happen too many times for me to not complain. Don’t be a 24hr store if your overnight shift can’t handle actually working.

Went thru the drive thru this go around. Ordered a 20 piece nugget, 2 double cheeseburgers, 2 McDoubles, 2 large fries. After waiting at the window for 12mins the lady finally took my card to pay. Returned a few minutes later to give me my food. Upon checking the bag I was missing a double cheeseburger all my sauce for my nuggets and my 2 large fries that I paid $4 a piece for were only half full. I went inside the store to get the issue corrected and the lady made me wait at the counter for 10 mins before I was even acknowledged. Then was rude when I explained that I was missing items from my order. If your going to a McDonald’s I’d refrain from going to the claycomo location.
