I made a reservation for a party of 7 on a Friday night at 8pm. I arrived at 8pm to find a completely full restaurant with no table reserved. The person working told me that he could not seat my party because they were too busy and that they don't typically accept reservations. There was no apology offered or any attempt to correct the situation. The reservation should have never been accepted in the first place if it was not going to be honored. I was left scrambling to feed my out of town guests and needless to say, I will make no attempt to come back.

My friend and I stopped in at Barcelona for some drinks and tapas - I really liked my sangria, very light and refreshing. Her red wine was full bodied and delicious - also a heavy pour! We got the goat cheese tomato sauce dip with fresh garlic bread as well as spinach and mushroom empanadas. The goat cheese dip was yummy and warm and fresh, the garlic bread was fresh out of the oven and the perfect addition. The spinach and mushroom empanadas were good, lots of cumin in them haha. They came with a yummy dip, but I also dipped them in the goat cheese dip. Our waiter was very nice and made sure we were well taken care of. The overall ambiance was nice, it wasn't too full on a Tuesday evening, but we didn't mind!

First time I'd visited Barcelona in a few years and certainly the first time since they moved to their new spot. I like the new spot much better than the old. Feels more like a traditional tapas place. Went there last night with friends. Food was excellent. Service was efficient. A few of the dishes we tried included the calamari, patatas bravas, baked goat cheese, paella and a few more. Everything was delicious.

The food and service were both good. The churros were fabulous.

I love places that offer small plates, and especially LOVE going with sharing people. We were a group of 8 and everybody was more than willing to hold their plate out. I enjoyed the Almendras more than the Aceitunas Alinadas. The Pincho de Fechas were fabulous! The Patatas Bravas were one of my favorites. Such GREAT flavor. Also, the Setas Amontillado was just addictive. The service was good, and the ambiance was nice too. I didn't take pictures like a good Yelper should, but was just so intent on getting everything into my mouth. Why not a five then? Because not ALL the plates were really great. Some were just good or okay.

Love tapas and BatCelona has a delicious selection! Got together with a group and sharing our tapas menu choices was yummy fun! Cocktail selection was good varying from sweet to drier offerings, good wine choices. Server was helpful, attentive and helped with gf menu finds. Wouldn't order the broccolini again. Paid a lot of money for overly chewy paltry stalks of what are supposed to be tender baby broccoli. Could hardly cut through. Not a very large space , but accommodated our group of 7 comfortably. Didn't know parking after five o'clock off the meter!

I haven't been to Barcelona since before the pandemic, but wow! I went for my birthday with a group of friends (8) and Barcelona did a fantastic job of taking care of us. The food, the drinks, and the service were phenomenal. Better than I remembered. I wish the new location was a little bit bigger and had patio space, but it was still lovely. I'm so grateful to them for the memories we made there for my birthday this year. The owner is gracious and came around to talk with us, it really felt like a special experience. We will definitely be back soon!

Situated at the heart of Clayton, Barcelona brought back memories of tapas tasting in Spain. It offers a wide selection of authentic Spanish tapas. The restaurant was decorated similar to an authentic tapas restaurant in Spain. All tables are high top. The waitress was wonderful in introducing the favorites on the menu. We love everything we ordered. The price is on the high side, though the food quality is justified. - The seafood paella is seasoned and cooked well. Lots of shrimps, scallops and clams were included in the dish. - The crispy artichokes was served with a bean sauce. We were pleasantly surprised. - The beef tenderloin is very juicy, tender and at the perfect temperature. Well done! - The saffron cauliflower was good but it's the least impressive of all. All in all, Barcelona is still a really amazing place to eat. I'd come back again.

Good food good service terrible atmosphere - it's much too bright for evening or nighttime drinking.

So excited to have Barcelona back! The servers were so attentive and friendly, and everything we tried was amazing. Would especially recommend bacon wrapped dates and goat cheese dip. The space was smaller, but we liked being able to see the cooking and have dinner in a less stuffy setting.

Food and service was both stellar. Everything we had was good. The sangria left a lot to be desired though. Especially when the white had club soda in it. Sangria is not a wine spritzer at all. It is just wine that is flavored with fruit and fruit juices and that's it. I tried all 3 varieties of said sangria and was not impressed. But like I said, all tapas courses were stellar. I don't think this is where you can go for authentically Spanish food, as the tapas menu was kinda all over the world in terms of cuisine, but hey, it

I was waiting for 1,5 years to have my favorite restaurant back. And finally I had the opportunity to meet the new location, it is a smaller place and so cute. Makes the place to feel more cozy and personable. Yes, there's live music and it can be loud if it's not your night vibes. I personally love live music and it didn't bother me at all. Food is 10/10. I order my marisco paella, mushrooms empanadas , and calamari frito. Simply delish! Highly recommended.

So pleased we stumbled into BARcelona on a random Thursday night! Was in the mood for a variety of different tastes with nothing too heavy and this fit the bill very well. Yummy sangrias to start, followed by spicy shrimp, scrumptious queso de cabra and the peppered tuna. I'd recommend this as a nice little spot for an intimate easy meal for a couple or small adult group. And our waitress Gabby was great, too.

VERY loud but a solid Paloma Margarita. Gabby is a sweet server and the atmosphere is cute albeit small. But dang, very loud - not a place to have a deep conversation. Crispy artichokes were a bit bland.

Had a great night at Barcelona's. Good food, service, music, and atmosphere. Yes, it is smaller than the original place, but I found it quite nice. Can definitely recommend.
