Food was served hot and fresh. Employees were friendly and engaging. I will definitely be back.Parking: Parking could be better. Only a selective few metered parking that cost $1.50 an hour.

Some dude was vaping sitting at his table inside.Lady at the counter doesn't say hello she says What name?My order had more than half of the ingredients missing. It was essentially chicken rice and sour cream, gross! And I paid $16 for this?

Been here twice and it was terrible both times. Service was awful - unprofessional. Approached the order station and the lady was dancing on livestream from her phone and took terribly long to help me. Down the line, the service was just as bad from another gal. To top it off, I had a stomach ache that lasted until the next morning. I have had other locations with issues like this or similar. Will not be back.

hey @DoorDashand @ChipotleTweetswe ordered two items this evening... a veggie burrito bowl which was delivered WITHOUT the fajita VEGGIES and a veggie salad bowl that had pieces of CHICKEN in it. When notifying@DoorDash_Helpwe received this "We're following up to let you know that we've concluded our review and have made the decision to deny your refund request." ...#worst

I completely agree with other reviewers who described the staff as rude. This truly is a terrible Chipotle. I don’t know if they’re understaffed but I have had consistently poor experiences with their staff.

Worst Chipotle store in America. I avoid this store like the plague. Food is always prepared wrong for pick up, store is filthy, staff is RUDE. Staff are always on their phones, food sits half-eaten on tables for hours, trash goes I emptied in/outside of the store for days. Manager, Gino, is downright rude, unhelpful and closed the store early on 3/16/24. Chipotle app allowed me to place a delivery order, charged my card and directed me to call this store for questions. When I called, I was rudely told that the store was closed and I would be getting no food. I called first, 12 min before closing time and got no answer- twice. Gino acted like I was to blame for the error and repeatedly told me I couldn’t haven’t placed an app order, which my bank statement clearly shows that I did. He kept telling me that the store was closed, ten min before closing, so he couldn’t check the system to try to void my order. I will NEVER go back to this store. Vile attitude.

Employees are extremely rude to the customers. Upon my arrival into the restaurant while waiting in the line, one of the employees was arguing with an elderly woman that had to be close to her '80s when she was questioning how fresh the chicken was. The employee behind the line kept mouthing off to the elderly customer and would not stop even when her manager asked her to stop. The employee kept on harassing the elderly woman. The food was horrible, not fresh and the employees behind the line did not care about how clean the restaurant was. It was absolutely filthy. The entire restaurant was so filthy and nothing was being cooked on the grill fresh. I'm pretty sure they don't monitor the correct temperatures of the food either. You could tell they just don't care at this location.

Employees here have to be morons. I have ordered through the app from this particular restaurant three different times this week (honestly hoping it’ll be right at least one of the times) and each time have had to request a refund because when it comes my order is ALWAYS incorrect. This time I order two kids meal tacos. One with carnitas pico and lettuce. The other with guac sour cream and cheese. One of them came with the same side options as the other so someone just wasn’t paying attention. Employees obviously don’t give a crap about their job or that people use their hard earned money to purchase the meals they make. Disappointed, frustrated, and annoyed at this location.Not to mention another time where I ordered the same thing and it came with one of the tacos kind of filled with the sides, then looks like they realize they made a mistake and shoved it back in the box and broke the taco shell. Like what?

I watched the store manager, rudely interact with several people in a row, including his cook. Frankly, this location gave me no confidence in the food that was being cooked and prepared. Won’t be back here again.
