I have eaten pizza here several times, and I can honestly say, I really enjoy Peel Wood fired pizza. I also usually really love to sometimes treat myself to the Woodfired apple pie. Now that pie is DELICIOUS. Unfortunately, on my most recent visit, I ordered my usual Trio Pizza and Woodfired apple pie as carry out. The pizza was delicious as usual. However, my pie was so burned and black. It was stuck to the box! Talk about ticking me off. I was home and comfy by the time I saw how burned it was.This hasn't happened to me before at Peels, so I will give them another try. I'll definitely make sure and check my to go bag from here on out. Give them a try. It is a tasty pizza and desert when prepared correctly.

We had a group order through Door Dash where most of us ordered salads, specifically I ordered the Entree Kale Caesar Salad. While entering my order I added chicken and didn't make any other specifications. 7 other people in my group also ordered salads. When we got the food 3 out of the 8 had dressing and 5 did not. All of us ordered the salads as is, with dressing. When we looked at the Door Dash receipt it had all the salads with the dressings listed. But on the printed receipt on 5 salads they added "no dressing". When we called to complain Peel took no issue with the missing dressings and told my business associate to come pick it up, after she spent over $330 for a lunch. We were working and didn't have time. We order a lot in Clayton and will never come here again after the awful customer service. What a shame.

Peel Pizza in Clayton offers such a fun dining experience. I was influenced by Miss Page, a sassy and vivacious young lady who passionately endorses the mac n cheese. So we went to try it.Owners Patrick Thirion and Brandon Case, the duo behind this spot, were skilled pastry chefs turned pizza restaurant owners. So we knew we were in for elevated ingredients and unique flavor profiles. Their wood-burning oven, crafted by Mugnaini, infuses every dish with a distinctive flavor profile while cooking everything at 800 degrees.The potatoes with 3 dips were perfect…crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. I got the apple blue cheese salad with salmon and my advice would be don’t sleep on the non-pizza items at this spot. It was fantastic.Love it!

I order for pick up and was ready on time, the pizza was soooo goooood (wild mushroom), even my daughters pizza was amazing (cheese) and don’t get me started with the dessert ? cinnamon roll cheesecake was 10/10. Next time will visit St. Louis again I’ll be back ??

Great pizzas, wings, cocktails and more! Love their involving and salads as well. Tried the gluten free crust for the first time and it was ehh- not great. Was hoping that Peel would make their own- instead it was a cracker-like pre made packaged crust.

Always a great meal at Peel! Perfect place to meet friends for a Friday night dinner. Not to noisy so with a table of six you can actually all have a conversation. Upscale salad, pizza and wings all around! Loved seeing so many families and friend groups out on a Friday enjoying a meal together!

My partner and I stopped by the restaurant tonight to eat after attending the high school mock trial competition at the courthouse. There was no one at the hostess station. My partner left the area to go to the restroom. I waited at the hostess station and no one greeted me despite me making eye contact with at least 3 employees. I walked to the bar area to try and grab the attention of the bartender. At that time, my partner walked out of the restroom and said, “I can’t believe you still haven’t been helped. Let’s go!” We walked up the street to CJ Muggs, and we were greeted immediately upon entering the restaurant.

We really enjoyed our Valentine's meal at Peel last night. We get Toasted Ravs almost everywhere we go and these were some of our favorites. We really liked our Garlic Fire Chicken Pizza as well!

I used to go to the O’Fallon location all the time when I lived across the river and have always loved their food. Recently I started trying to eat low gluten and low FODMAP and this is the only place where I can consistently find food that fits these things.

My party of 6 arrived early and the front desk staff was extremely accommodating. Once seated, the wait staff appeared a little unhinged yet friendly. She proceeded to spill a couple drinks on the table which spilled over on myself and my mother across from me. The cauliflower appetizer was disappointing, for the wood fire ovens to be a crispy 800 degrees the cauliflower came out room temperature. Our waitress could never keep water or soda glasses full. We had to replace our own napkins and utensils following the subsequent spills not to mention need to ask multiple times for appetizer plates. Our pizza's arrived and they were also a disappointing room temperature and the cheese almost had solidified back to original form. Not to mention my sister had multiple hairs baked into her pizza. Wow... I did not expect one thing after another. Our waitress was not accommodating with all the snafu's. Oh well... that is customer service today! #disappointed We will all think three time to come back. Sad!

I was recently very disappointed in the Caesar salad that came with the lunch special. It tasted nothing like the Caesar I got in previous visits and didn’t have that special dressing. It was not chopped like the Caesar I had before. It seemed like they threw a handful of lettuce in a bowl and squeezed a bit of Caesar dressing from a bottle on it. I also felt that our order was lost as it took nearly 45 minutes to get our food and we asked our server, Greg, several times, about our order. I have bragged about your delicious Caesar salad but certainly didn’t get that on January 23, 2024. Regret that I didn’t send it back.
