There have been several times that this cafe location has messed up on delivery. They’ve sent incomplete orders and then don’t do a full refund. I honestly will not be ordering from them anymore.

This place screams tropical vibe. Ambiance is awesome. Better value than smoothie king. The food and smoothies pop with fresh ingredients. Service is top notch and friendly staff is a plus too.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was NOT GREETED when I entered the store although it was empty aside from 2 workers. The female walked away from the register when we entered and called for the guy to ring us. He proceeded to the register but did not acknowledge us just huffed and avoided eye contact . It’s so freaking rude to go into an establishment and have no one say anything AT ALL . I left and WON’T return

I order from this place via uber eats at least three times a week. They almost always forget my lime or strawberry edible straw. Even though it is ALWAYS on the order ticket. Which leads me to further believe that they probably don't even get my smoothie order right. Those straws are not expensive, but not receiving them does start to add up. And anything that you pay for, you are supposed to get. It is frustrating. Especially when I call them to rectify the situation and nothing is ever done. Count your days Tropical Smoothie Cafe. I would give it zero stars if I could.

I used to order from here through Grubhub multiple times each week and I really really loved it. They removed my favorite smoothie though (hurricane) from the app and none of the other smoothies really taste all that good. Maybe one day they will bring it back and I can update this review.Also, I tried to visit in person one time to see if it was on their menu but not on the app, but they did not unlock the door despite it being 15 min after opening. I waited outside for 10 min but no one came to open it. I ended up leaving. I was super bummed. Maybe it was just a bad day though!
