It’s alright. Their rewards program isn’t much to talk about. It’s confusing. I’ve been several times and it would seem I just get random texts with rewards where you have to redeem within a short amount of time. An app with clearer parameters would be nice.The drinks are alright. I’d really like to be able to see a menu of products that is outlined better. When asking their line workers taking orders getting responses of “we carry pretty much all flavors,” then naming a flavor and being told they don’t have it is frustrating.I asked for a recommendation and said what I usually get and the worker didn’t really have any suggestion other than it just depends on what you like. I’m used to getting some suggestions based off of my regular drink order.I’m just not impressed.

I order a white chocolate mocha and repeatedly asked if there was milk chocolate mocha in it with the person taking my order saying no every time. I got my drink and it had chocolate mocha. My husband on the other hand loves his smoothie.
