Went in about 9:20pm with my family first let the person seating us know they had a homeless guy sitting by their main gas line to the restaurant smoking they totally ignored it after he told his manager then we sat in the corner booth high table across from the bar and was then told we needed to move cause couldn’t have a baby in car seat near a bar not any different than us ordering alcohol with a meal but whatever so we just walked out very poor way to do a customer just cause they have a sleeping baby with them

Food was awful, literally tastes like heated up frozen food. Wait was forever to get our food, and then it wasn't even hot. Too be fair the manager comped us dessert and the waitress was super nice. It was my daughter's birthday, everyone got their desserts before the birthday girl ?

It seems as if only one chief on staff knows how to actually cook meat. I was disappointed to pay $30 for a rare steak and then be served microwaved shoe leather. They at least had the decency to leave off the shoe polish. The steak I was served might as well have had beach sand stuffed inside. It was dry, gritty, and tasteless. Eat here at your own risk. Good food at this location is possible but only with a favorable flip of the coin.

We came in late, around 9pm and were seated at a table that felt like it had been wiped down with a dirty cloth. The waiter was very friendly and wiped the table for us, but we waited 20 minutes for 2 hot sandwiches and cole slaw., then we had to ask for silverware and a drink refill. When we were done he brought our ticket and we waited over 5 minutes then my husband had to hunt him down so we could pay our ticket. (There was only 1 other table with 2 customers)

The place was so dark even in the middle of the day. We were put in the back near a big table of people when there were a lot of open tables not so close. The waitress didn't seem like she was all there. She kept bringing out food but didn't have anyone to give it to and then tried to give it to the wrong table. We went in for the 2 for $25 special but there were only two items offered a steak and a Mac and cheese meal. I ordered peach tea that tasted like rotten peaches and my sons soda was flat. We got up and told the host to let the kitchen know not to make our appetizer that we were leaving. We weren't the only ones who walked out, people who came in after us also left.

This Applebees is a whole lot better than the other one in town. Plus they have the best bartender (Alex) in town. Drinks made to perfection and food was hot and amazing. You know you’re gonna have a good time if Alex is there.
The service was horrible!!! I asked the waiter for a manager and he just walked away I had to ask the other waitress. Steak was not done mashed potatoes were cold!!! I will never come back here it is always something when I do.
