I’d have to say this is the best Arby’s I’ve ever been to. I don’t even live in Columbia but I will drive there specifically for this Arby’s. Last night they forgot to put an addition to my sandwich but was super easy to work with and remade it for me in minutes. Arby’s in Jeff tarnishes the name of the meats king in comparison to this gem

I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap. It had 4 boneless chicken nuggets on it. Fries were hot. They had no ketchup or honey mustard in the containers. Had no Dr. pepper and there was no sign posted. Had to read a little menu at the counter. Tables were dirty. The cook had a loud disagreement with the manager. Worst experience ever!

Got hired here 3 weeks ago promised up to 35 hours a week, 2 weeks later I’m working 2.5 in a week while the store manager interviews new hires. The last resort job for most everybody working there, just not a last resort for me. If you decide to eat here I feel sorry for you. The food they serve is absolutely dishonorable to the Arby’s brand, no wonder it’s one of the worst locations in North America performance wise. Just remember you can eat here just don’t look at how dirty the oil in the fryer is.
