Komu news said they were giving free classics..If you are a veteran in Columbia Missouri do not think about going to the Arby's in Columbia over on Providence Road for a so-called free classic sandwich the girl who is managing the store and her two little emu friends do not honor what is posted. She kept swearing that the special was supposed to be on Friday even though the news says today she couldn't understand after reading it four or five times what she was reading and her and her friends like to ridicule veterans

Tried ordering in the app but it wasn’t working right so I drove to the store where they told me they wouldn’t honor the app prices, I was annoyed because other places I have had problems will honor prices but I decided to go ahead and order and I asked for 4 roast beef sandwiches only to be told they were out of beef! That was way too much for me so I went to Pizza Hut and I will never return to this store!! Talk about lousy service and don’t expect them to care about anything they mess up!!

Ordered the "jamocha" shake and they could not get the machine to dispense anything except vanilla, they found out that the person last night did not refill the syrup so they did that (and struggled, took maybe 5 minutes) and it still was not dispensing anything but vanilla, at this point they had 4 or 5 vanilla shakes on the counter and just handed me one and insisted its the mocha, even though i already came back with a vanilla once. I was waiting over 10 minutes for my shake at this point so i just took it and left. Other than that i got a sandwich, it was decent, but they just lied to me about the shake. They did not go to find anyone who knew how to work the machine or refill it properly, and instead just gave up. ???

Got a beef and cheddar sandwich there. Took a bite and it smelled and tasted extremely foul, like rotten eggs. Spent 30 mins trying to call them to warn them, but they never picked up.
