There were two people working, both wearing drive-thru headsets. We waited 5 minutes before finally being acknowledged. They were out of many flavors and mixed up the flavors of ice cream for the banana splits we ordered.

wWe tried to go here before it closed at 8 and they turned the lights off early and sat on the ground so we wouldn’t see that they were still there. Very disappointing…

Most times it's great but today I got served the wrong drink and when I questioned it the guy laughed in my face... maybe he's new, maybe he's just awkward with confrontation but that's not how you treat someone.The munchkins I got were also burnt and didn't have the icing on there... this was my regular location but I'm never going here again after this...

Only 3 people there not doing anything but talking when we come in. And now apparently they charge $1 for ice cream cones if you want ice cream at the Baskin robins/Dunkin. The place looks the same but they dont have very many ice cream flavors anymore.

Horrible service! Lady yelled at a young lady for grabbing her food. And jerked food and drink out of her hand very rudely! The young lady was almost in tears! I have never seen someone ever treat their customers like that. Absolutely unacceptable. Employees need to be evaluated at this specific location. I personally will not be back ever again! Very disturbing that your employees can treat people this way! And still have a job! Horrible! And I will be sending an email to corporate right now! Absolutely unacceptable behavior!

Dirty unkept dining room Very very slow service. Appears that there is a real lack of training I haven't been to b&r for years now I remember that the ice cream is not too good

Walked in at 3pm with the kids after school for a last day of school treat and the employees were lounging in one corner with 2 other people while the rest of all the chairs were shoved up in front of the ordering counters. They had apparently cleaned the floors but everything was dry.Several ice cream flavors were empty and out of stock, employees didn’t seem to care about anything.Ice cream tubs were gummy on top and looked nasty. One kid ordered a banana split and the two employees never made it, just stared at us while other customers looked at the dilapidated ice cream selection.I had to move the chairs out from in front of the ice cream display for other customers to see.It appears as though the employee’s friends were the other ones sitting in the corner… Just lounging, not eating or buying anything just taking up the only space to sit.Pitiful demonstration of business practice.The manager should be totally ashamed. At least the floor was clean. Lol

Don't pay attention to the website for hours of operation. They close whenever they want. Walked here at 6:30 and they were closed when the website said open until 8.
