Dropped into Big Daddy’s for dinner on a work trip and it did not disappoint. We were late to try the brisket (sold out), but the ribs, pulled pork and sides were absolutely delicious. The owner (Lloyd) capped it off by spending some time at the table, making the visit memorable. When we’re back in town, we’ll be visiting Big Daddy’s again!!
Everything was delicious! I only wish they were open tomorrow ( Sunday) so I could go back again before I leave town. We tried the biscuit, pulled pork, and BBQ tips; and all were excellent!

The staff was is super friendly. Greeted us the second we walked in. There was 3 of us and we all ordered something different and it was all good. The baked beans had a sweet smokey flavor. My ¼ chicken was so juicy and had a good smoke on it. The brisket just about fell apart it was. The Mac &Cheese was creamy and very cheesy. But the BBQ sauce......fire. some of the best homemade sauce I've had in a long time. The perfect amount of flavor and spice, smokey and just a dash of sweet. Overall enjoyed our dinner and the staff. Will come here again.

We don't get to Columbia much, but when we do, I guess we've got a new favorite place to eat! I ordered the pulled pork nachos and my husband got a half slab of ribs. He was expecting four ribs and instead got seven. He ate five and was full, but forced down the other two because they tasted so good! Both meals with sides were less than $40. We highly recommend this place to anyone that enjoys barbecue. All the staff seemed really friendly, and the place was clean. You can tell the owners take pride in their place of business.
