We arrived around 11:30. We walked in and a woman greeted us with “two?” Nothing else, just that one word. We said yes, and she pointed to a woman with red hair and said, “she will seat you.”The red headed woman showed us our table, and said, “your waitress will be with you shortly”, without making eye contact, and abruptly walked away.The waitress was with us shortly and took our order. I ordered coffee with my food, and she brought me a very small cup, which I finished quickly.I tried several times to get my waitress’ attention, to no avail, to get a refill on my coffee. So, I spoke up and she said “just a minute.” It was another ten minutes before a woman (not our waitress) refilled my coffee. I finished that quickly as well. I waited another 10 minutes, hoping I’d get some more coffee, and didn’t see any waitresses again. My wife and I then decided to leave. We paid our bill (a young unfriendly teenage boy checked us out) and left.The food was good (4 out of 5), but the service and the staff’s attitude left a lot to be desired. We won’t be going back any time soon!

Food was not as good as everyone bragged about, but it wasn't terrible. Parking is terribly for as busy as it was. Really need to move in a building that has a bigger lot for as busy as it is.

Ordered a club sandwich and it was nasty and I didn’t like it. Instead of turkey and bacon they had this big slab of ham that was cold. I only took a couple bites off of it and asked them to just take it off the bill. The waitress went and got “Big Mama” and she came to the table and stated that they did nothing wrong and she refused to take it off the bill. She said she can’t help it that I didn’t like it. She didn’t even offer to get me something else. I will not be going back!!!!

I ordered the country fried steak with mashed potatoes and gravy, with a salad and a roll. Everything tasted fresh, handmade, and well seasoned . It was my first time eating, and I will definitely be coming back. Reasonable prices that are not going to break the bank.

The food we had was adequate, but certainly not tasty. We had the biscuit and gravy, bacon and eggs and a veggie skillet with bacon. We both agreed it was simply "ok". Nothing was seasoned and the gravy was extremely disappointing because it was so bland. Service was good, staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. The only reason I think it might be getting good reviews is because it has the atmosphere of a small town diner which isn't available anywhere else I've been in Columbia. The food is not anything to write home about.
I'm glad my daughter's Dr told us about this
