when walk in the door your greeted with fowl urin smell weed smell the employee couldn't get order correct then don't even give you receipt then you go back tell them you missing your two items from your order and state didn't hear you but charged you and then could give a receipt to show proof what you order cause they didn't give it to you then a another employee steps out comes back in and order herself a meal the make her food first then she leaves for the day the worst burger king have taken my kids too never again will I go there.

Haven’t been to Burger King in a number of months. This morning, I went for the first time ever for breakfast. I went through the drive-through and was greeted warmly and pleasantly by Kimberly, who took my order. It was refreshing to hear a tender and calm voice first thing this morning. Thank you, Kimberly for making my day just a little bit brighter.

I waited almost an hour just for this lady to come to the cash register. It was she was ignoring us on purpose. Even when she was waiting for the orders i called her and ignored me the WHOLE time !!!!

This Burger King is one of the best fast food places in town. We requested crowns and were immediately bestowed them. Our order got messed up but Steven made sure that it was right before we left, was extremely friendly, and left us truly feeling like Kings. We had it our way alright. When they came and told us they were out of chicken nuggets I just requested a refund so we could go somewhere else. They refused to do any refund and said that they don’t do refunds. Don’t eat here. Don’t give them your business. Don’t do it. They are rude, slow, and their food is awful.

Went through drive thru. Ordered whopper with cheese, ketchup and tomato. They put everything except what I asked for. Went in, waited for someone to come up front, said they got it wrong and stated what I wanted. He repeated it three times. They gave me a replacement, I went home, took it out and it was ketchup and mayo. They still got it wrong. Never again.

I wish I could give a negative star. I am handicap and require a cane and they made me get out of my vehicle and walk in between cars to their drive-thru window versus bringing me the food. Then the girl got an attitude with me and treated me as if the fact that they are understaffed is my problem. If you can't staff your business properly then it needs to be closed.

Placed timed order for 5:40 and I received it at 6.0 once I got there around 5:45 I asked for my order, but they couldn't find then I gave them the order number but still couldn't find it. Finally around 5:55 the saw the order and made it. Anyway 20 minutes late even the order was timed for 5:40.
