The barista on duty was amazing! Super friendly and quick and generally just seemed like a wonderful person. The mocha she made me was top notch as well. I don’t remember her name, but she had short hair and a bunch of fun piercings.

Caribou is one of me and my husbands favorite spots to go to when we make the 2hr drive from home for a work event. Today we showed up at 5:00 to a sign that said "Caribou is on a break until 5:00pm." There was someone sitting at a table but we were hoping it was a customer. We waited about 10 minutes and after no employee showed up my husband asked a hyvee worker and she said they might be taking out the trash. So we waited, that customer ended up leaving, and at 5:26 he asked again. To which she replied neither her nor the manager knew where the employee was. At about 5:30 the person we thought had been a customer came back to caribou and started grabbing trash, never acknowledging our existence. We finally got to order and the employee was rude to my husband and both drinks were made incorrectly. Although usually a great experience this one was definitely a disappointment and frustrating for sure.

I’m not a huge coffee drinker and didn’t know what to get, the person running the shop was very kind and recommended a blended mocha. It was delicious! I didn’t catch the person’s name but they had a lot of cool piercings and wore a green hair cover. They were very nice. Thank you <3

11/8/2020 930 AM. Specials sign is out, but small sign by register says closed...?Go to customer service and they say have a call in. No barista. No one else trained and a shoulder shrug was offered.Very disappointed.

I arrived at this location on 2/18/20 at 6:52pm. The lady working there had already shut the coffee machines down. It was clear she hadn't just done it, so had we got there slightly earlier it still wouldn't have mattered. There was no way to order any of the normal coffee drinks even though it wasn't even closing time yet. She said she wanted to go home early. She also said she didn't know how to turn them back on. So I called the other Caribou in town at 7:00pm just to check and the person there said they shut their machine down at 7:00 sharp. So I know this isn't supposed to happen.
Everyone that works here is very nice and helpful, but sometimes very slow. So, don't try to stop by if you're in a rush. They also don't have breakfast sandwiches, which is a bummer, but not their fault. I love Caribou, the coffee itself is life-altering and well worth the stop.
