Ordered large original Philly steak and the next best thing to getting it from Philly. Cheese fries were good but would’ve been better if the fires were more well done. Service was very polite and reasonably fast.

I use to love Charley’s when I was younger. The staff/service at this location has gone down hill recently. One time I went I had paid for my food AND tipped only to stand there and have the workers begin to make fun of a hoodie I was wearing. The last time I went I asked if the food sitting on the counter was mine and the worker literally just shook his head and went into the kitchen the next guy came up 5 minutes later and handed me my food. I’ve worked in service for years and I’ve never treated anyone this way, even the customers that are rude I never treated that way.

Very disgusting environment. Guy on the grill had very long hair, no hat, no hairnet not even a ponytail his hair was just in his face as he was grilling and he was sweating very badly! Very nasty experience and we still gave them the benefit of the doubt that no hair would be in our food and lo and behold a long piece of hair. ? will not be back unless they invest in some hair nets. And this food is not cheap at all for the service you get.

if i could give this place a zero, i would. the grill is nasty, the guys working the grill look dirty, they’re extremely, weirdly rude, one of em walks around just looking confused…just don’t eat here. save your money.

I don't normally leave reviews this bad but I feel like they need to change a lot of things. The grill was absolutely disgusting and kitchen was dirty and greasy. The staff had bad attitudes and seem to be very confused for the entire time we were there. It took nearly 20 minutes for them to make a Philly cheese sandwich and by the time they were finished the bacon fries were ice cold. Also they were pulling bread out of a pile that was just laying on the counter. It was very bizarre. My advice would be to just stay away from there.

I very rarely write a review but our experience was pathetic. Lady at register was the only positive. She was taking orders, making drinks and fries while 3 guys worked the filthy dirty grill. It was like the 3 stooges. It took a good 20 minutes for us to get 1 sandwich and maybe 6 people in front of us waiting. Pants falling down, earbuds in ears, no knowledge of what even comes on a sandwich. We have been in food service for a long time and could hardly watch the mess that was going on. Guy in the grill bragging he was the manager. I would have been ashamed to even take an credit for the poor service that we saw today.

Saw other complaints of the bigger guy with facial hair here saw his name tag his name is Darius, had a terrible experience with him too today, his attitude is terrible and when I asked him for a bag he is like no and laughing. Like you aren't paid here to be a stupid comedian make me my sandwich and give it to me so I can never come back.
