Let's just say that this place has no drinks. They ran out of fries. The grill was broken. No napkins. No chicken tenders. The staff was very friendly. Hope I don't get food poisoning. ? also the tea from Pancheros was good. Lol

I see why no one is there! Half the menu they don't sell anymore? Took 5 mins for someone to come out of the back to help us. He didn't know if they could do beef nachos and asked me if that was even on the menu. Unorganized and dirty the grease and dirt on the order area was gross! Don't waste your time.

Ordered wings, fries, and a fountain drink. The best part was the ice in my drink. Things that were said while eating: "f**king terrible," "I can't believe I'm eating this," "f**king terrible" (again), and "the worst food I've eaten in Columbia hands down." The wings were soggy. The breading was slimy. Fries had no salt. Fries were also soggy and limp. No crunch in the fry at all. It was closer to mash potatoes.

We were excited to try this place, but sadly won't be going back. We were the first customers of the day and the two employees were very polite/friendly, but that's were the positive experience ends. We ordered our food and had to wait 25 minutes for it to be made, which is surprising since we were the only people in the restaurant. Used the restroom while waiting and they were out of toilet paper, paper towels and soap. The feminine hygiene trash had been dumped into the normal trash can, and the trash can was almost full already at the start of the day. Tried to use the hand sanitizer outside the restroom, to find it also empty. Told the employees and they apologized, but then ignored the situation. Went to fill our drinks and found the ice machine empty. One of the employees said oh yeah that might be empty, let me get you some from the back.The employee making the food was not wearing a hairnet or gloves when prepping the food, nor did I see him wash his hands prior to starting. We ordered a cheeseburger and an Italian beef sandwich. The cheeseburger was just that, a burger with liquid cheese on a bun and nothing else, no toppings. The Italian beef was also just beef on a bun, no peppers or other toppings. When asked about it, a cup of cold peppers was provided, but we were told that you were supposed to request them, they did not come standard. I have no problem requesting toppings, but would assume they're provided when ordering. If that is not the case, then the employee taking the orders should ask the customers at the time. Once our food was done, the employees sat down to make personal phone calls and started watching a movie on TV rather than filling the empty ice maker or stocking/cleaning the bathrooms. Sadly, it was just one too many negative things for us to try again.

The Italian beef and Vienna beef Hot dog were 10/10 perfect! The hotdog has everything that you could want or expect from a Chicago-style dog and comes with fries and the Italian beef is tender and juicy! We also got Mozzarella sticks and the breading on them was crunchy and crumbly making them a real standout! If you're wanting a taste of Chicago with an incredibly friendly staff and delicious eats, give Chi-Town Eats a try, you won't regret it!

Ordered from here once, other than the hiccup with DoorDash, I loved it, reminded me of home. Second time not so good. Order from door dash during the hours they have online for Tuesday 11-7p waited an hour and 15mins before saying I’ll just cancel it when it finally says complete while I’m on the chat with DoorDash. I told them just cancel it and I’ll go in store. When I get to store this is what I see, who completed the order if no ones there. Kind of a let down since I love the food. Hopefully they’ll get better.

This is a horribly ran establishment. They should be disgusted to represent the great city of Chicago. I have seen an Italian beef/ Chicago style hot dog made in less than 5 minutes. I went in here with three friends and we waited 55 minutes for 3 Italian beefs and 2 hot dogs. They had one man behind the counter who was moving slower than my 88 year old grandmother. Even after the wait, no one was satisfied with their food. If I had to guess, this place won't last another couple of months. If you are looking for some actual Chicago style food, go to Just Jeff's!

Buns should have been steamed and soft but were stale, cold, and lacked poppy seeds. The dogs were missing sport peppers and celery salt. mountain of terrible cold fries -more is not better when it comes to cold limp, undercooked fries. Will not return.

Horrible doordash experience. Took almost 2 hrs. Food was cold, let alone didn't taste the best.The store hours don't reflect. Store doesn't have all items needed to run sufficiently and smoothly. No procedure for incorrect/inconvenience issues, which causes more inconvenience. Definitely needs customer service guidance and overall improvement. Don't think I'll eat or recommend this place in the future.

This was the worst experience for a first time customer. There was no specials or combos whatsoever and their ice machine was completely empty. Upon receiving our food the fries were cold and the chicken seemed as if it was already pre-cooked and only microwaved before serving. My wife’s burger was an embarrassment for a burger! Her fries too were cold. Upon entering the establishment we seen gyro meat sitting out and looked as if it were going bad. The place was being ran by what looked like 14 year olds.
