My roommates and I had a very difficult week and weekend and really just need time together to decompress. We decided the the best way to do this would be chilis. My roommates have an obsession with the skillet queso so we walked in and immediately told our server we were sorry for what was about to happen. We continued to order 8 skillet queso (6 to go) and one salsa. Our server was incredibly fun with us about it and would joke back to us about needing some with our drinks and entrees. When we go back for another skillet queso run we will be hoping to be in her section again. We all highly recommend this chilis and especially their skillet queso.
Don’t expect them to bring the curbside pick out out to you.. I texted “here” and it said they’d be in the way but nobody ever came. I even had a tip on the order and we were the only ones there but still nobody came out. Plus the food was soggy once I finally got it

The server, Ashley was awesome, the food was delicious, the only hiccup was finding a spot to sit, most of the tables were empty and it was after the lunch rush but it felt like we only had two tables to choose from, very weird.

Me and my mother were seated and waited over 7 minutes for our waiter. The waiter was seen walking around texting and talking with other people, he then served people that came in after us. The hostess took our drink orders. Finally he came over and just said “What can I get you?” And acted like we were bothering him. After waiting 20 minutes for our food when the restaurant wasn’t even busy. We asked the hostess again about our food because our waiter wasn’t around and then she found him and then asked him about it he came out brought our food. It was barely cooked. We asked for a manager and she told us we didn’t have to pay for it, also we didn’t get our nachos until we were leaving. I won’t return.

I used to live this place! My last experience was less than stellar. I had a combo starter plate with sliders, chicken strips and southwest egg rolls. The chicken was good. I will say it was grab n go so maybe the difference was in the setting.
First off, there was empty tables everywhere, but we had to wait for one to be cleaned before we could be seated, which took 10 minutes. Secondly, it took forever for waiter to get to us, and then one drink and appetizers were ordered to forever to get them. Then ordered food and one refill and never seen him till time to give check. Not good visit at all.

Soup was very runny, quesadillas were not done & hamburger was forgotten, then tasted bad when it did arrive. Waitress keep forgetting us & there was no one in here at the time. Very disappointed.

It was a really good experience, fast with the food, and great server that was very on top of her tables. But I'm mostly writing this review to shout out that server we had that gave us that great experience. She was very attentive, and refilled our drinks quickly before we even emptied the first. Was great with getting our orders in quick, and overall just was very kind and helpful. Her name was grace, amd we very much appreciated all she did. Thank you so much, we will definitely be returning! :)

Terrible service wasn't busy enough to have to wait to be seated or to have a 15 minute wait to place order. Was told by staff that they were understaffed while at least 3 people talked and played on their phones and ate.11:50 am.
