Overall, not great. Bones in the chicken, most of the drinks that weren't soda were out, the cashier walked off before handing us an item we paid for, plus dirty tables and floors. The person making my food didn't totally listen to me on what I tried to ask while they were making my food. Not the worst place I've been to, but definitely not the bestA bunch of chairs seem to be just missing entirely inside as well.I get it's really busy for the workers, but I've been to other restaurant locations and not had issues like this so I'm hesitant to excuse things for that reason.
This location is just incompetent, and couldn't care less. Your delivery order will be jacked-up, for sure. I ordered chicken; they gave me steak. I ordered black beans; they gave me pinto. I ordered lettuce and guac, but didn't get either. About the only thing they got right was the higher cost of the extras they failed to include. Boo ??

I love their Sofritos burrito there's usually a piece or two of cheese that mixes in with the other dishes but if you ask for them to take any little bits that fall in there they will do it for ya!

It's 1 pm on Sat. I see about 10 employees. This place is disgustingly filthy. The counters, including the spot where I pick up my food, are covered with spilled food. All the trash containers are full, overflowing onto the floor. There are at least 3 piles of food on the floor. The tables have not been wiped down. The staff is standing, visiting, when there are no customers.If you are thinking about eating there....RUN AWAY
