So sad. I had the "Walleye dinner" and really do not think it was Walleye at all. I had the walleye at Culvers in Iowa less than a week ago. The walleye fillets were as long as the plate was and thin with little skin. I believe they ran out of walleye and substituted their cod instead. The two pieces I got in this Culvers was short and really thick and the consistency of the meat was not walleye. So disappointing because we took my mother-n-law and we had to lay the fish on napkins to absorb the grease. I will not recommend this Culvers and probably will not go back.
