Who ever the drive thru guy was on 12-5-23 at 6pm was so nice and had good energy and the cook made my burger “picture perfect” and it tasted so good.
This place is slow every time we go there. In the most recent experience today, we ordered ONE 6pc chicken strip basket for our kids to share after school. It took them THIRTY MINUTES for us to get this chicken strip basket. One car in the drive thru when we got there and a whopping 4 other people inside. No apology, no explanation, nothing. Food has always been pretty decent, but this is the last time we’ll be going to this dairy queen.

Service was pathetic tonight. Went to the drive through , there was 4 cars in front of us. Each car took about 3-5 min. When we were up, we wanted to confirm the order was right. It wasn't. The drive through lady put 2 cokes instead of cones. The guy who took my payment was upset. I was charged for an extra cone. So I was waiting for an extra min, before the guy comes up to the window and I let him know I was charged for an extra cone. He says what ? Very upset, looks at the receipt walks away mad again. Gives us the cone and slams the window. 1. It's not my fault you didn't look at my correctly. 2- not my fault that you got busy because you guys are either tired or you guys are messing up. Your not working for free, your getting paid to do your job correctly. Part of that job description is customer service. There's not good customer service. First and last time I go to this DairyQueen. By the time we left there was atleast 9 cars in the drive through going out to the street. Service is so slow.
